If I recall correctly, it's one where Derrick was playing too much Red Dead Redemption, and then he goes around acting like a cowboy and shooting people for no good reason. Eventually the other guys get him to stop playing the game so he can go back to normal, and he promises that he stopped playing RDR, but then it turns out he just picked up GTA IV again, and he assumes Roman's personality as he shouts, "Big American Teeteez!" Can any of y'all point me in the direction to that vid?
