Brock Parker Just starts with one video....You frustrated with somethings in the world, talk about it. You feel there is injustice....talk about it....you make it through a difficult day....talk about it. Just let it out.
I haven't been doing videos for too long and my channel is still growing. I just let what comes to mind come out. And my videos when I started weren't fancy or highly produced. +Aum Trivedi You achieve self'control by taking control of your willpower. There were a couple great books on this subject recently but the major points are these: Build good habits, one a the time, meditate, do the most important things in the morning because you will have more mental energy and positive psychology.

Where are all images of female heros?!
I like what you say and how you say, but I'd like to see some real heroes in the footage. Athletes are just winning sports games, but heroes make a difference in their own lives and in others' lives. Think of showing first responders, teachers, military, parents, kids being kind, etc. etc. in addition to athletes. Most people won't be professional athletes, but we're all going pro in something.
