On my 2023 M440i it works great with my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. But to my surprise it also worked with my OnePlus 12 too!

I have the x7 truck I think it’s a 2020 and can’t get it to link. Is my car not equipped to do it?

Not sure if the 2020 has it. Did you try asking the dealer? Maybe they can look up the options list

One thing that annoys me, on the X5 LCI 2024 you cannot deactivate the interior alarm system using the digital key

Not supported with my 2024 manual transmission M2, so sad.

One thing I just learned with my new G80....setting up the digital key does NOT mean that it sets your profile for that key as well. you need to go to driver recognition - check and click on "link key", then place the phone on the pad, select "search for key again" and then when it shows up, click on it to link it to your profile. Otherwise if you use key as phone, none of your settings will come with you.
Same with key card.

So I have an 23 BMW X3 M40i and my digital key set up shows preparation error. I have both keys and shows my car have the feature. Am I missing something?

It should work. You have the right tools. Did you try to reset the phone?

The i4 didn’t support digital key Plus? I notice most of iDrive 8/8.5 vehicles already support digital key plus..

I have a S23 Ultra and it says it is not compatible. Only compatible with the s21 series... useless

Does the S23 have an NFC chip? That's needed for my i4. The iX uses the Ultra wide band
