Well done !!! I’m from South Louisiana and we plan our lives around Red fishing. We wrap and freeze our catch in the same manner you did no the flavor has had time to infuse into the fish . We use Louisiana seasoning . We are of course biased towards our own native brands, but what you did is first rate .
That looks great, and pretty easy to make! I always blacken mine, but gotta try this👍👍

Hey bro... I'm from biloxi ms and I catch them a lot. I'd like one of your decals but could it say deep south country. Amd also I use everglades. I bought every flavor on Amazon. I like cactus dust and original. Also I love to baste a cold falet with garlic butter with stale crackers seasoning on it then add what you did. Its amazing. I'm gonna sub also. Thanks!

I said medium high heat and told you how to look for it to be done. Not all fish cooks the same. If I tell you 8 minutes and your filet is small it’s dry and burnt. You just have to watch the meat like I talked about. Thanks for the input tho.
