    I seriously hope I can do this because I want the full life. And dont want the bent over look one minute more.And thanks to the doctor for the thoughtful content accurate beyond my wildest dreams. And for restoring hope for my back.

    I went from flexion based pain for years and years, surgery years ago, and multiple flare-ups that I treated with McKensie method. This last time, it hasn't been getting better, and I just realized it's extension based, not the same. This excites me because I was getting worried..

    That band placed under the back when doing a bridge legit exposed me doing bridges completely wrong. I was basically extending from my lower back, defeating the purpose of the exercise. Legit advice, doc.

    Great tips Doc. Spent the last 3 months working on my anterior pelvic tilt and that indeed addressed my extension intolerance.
    Can one have both? I think I'm also flexion intolerant. I suspect my L5 is the one to blame. 😩
