The furniture on a balcony "might" be an OSHA thing. Depending on the depth of the balcony as well as the height / strength of the railing ... they might not be allowed to have furniture out there. If a kid were to stand on a chair or whatever on the balcony ... you get the idea. And fixing that issue would not be very cost effective. Just coming from a Child Care Director that has dealt with Licensing / OSHA for many, many years. 😆
Thank you for the insight on this. We thought it might be a safety issue too or they don’t want the liability which is completely understandable. We have been to the Sheraton and Worldmark which does have furniture out their balconies so it made us wonder why.
We stayed at this place right before the pandemic. Love how close this is. Granted, still have to walk but I enjoyed it. Thanks for taking us back. LIKE 5. 👍👍👍
$400 US a night? Holy smokes! And $40 to park ouch. It looks fantastic but we might stay further out We are planning on Jan 2025 so we will see... thanks for the heads up
Yes, and this is the cheapest rate we have seen in a long time. If you are looking for similar room types at a cheaper rate, check out Cambria, Candlewood Suites, Hyatt house, Alpine Inn, the element, Home2 Suites. We have videos of each on our channel. If you need any help picking a place, feel free to let us know here or DM us on one of our social media accounts. Thank you!!
I get the feeling you’re paying for location more than anything here, seeing the fireworks is amazing but not for $400! The room looked great but the socket issue is a shame, hopefully they’ll fix that during the refit.
The room is on the expensive side and it is a fantastic room. There are comparable room types for cheaper at Cambria, Home2 Suites, and the Element for a cheaper price but you won't be as close to the parks.

Thank you for watching!
Great review. I agree it's a shame they don't have some balcony furniture. It would be nice to be able to sit outside and enjoy it.
Thank you so much! While it is a very minor detail, we love sitting outside when we can! Thank you for watching!

Were you able to see fireworks and other Disney nightly entertainment from your balcony?
The only show you can see are the fireworks from the balcony. We show part of the fireworks show from the balcony in the video.
