With This Shovel You Can Find Secret Isaac Items!

Hey, guys! Today I'll try a really interesting new item - Archaeology!
It's an active item that looks like a shovel and the effect of it is absolutely sick! It creates special X marks all around the floor and they are the only place you can use the shovel on! After using it there you can get a lot of pickups, but I'm not really interested in that. Among all the stuff you can get there are a few secret Isaac artifacts - special items that can only be obtained by using this shovel. Can I get them all today?

So I will explain the huge pink fly. (I know other have, but they differ explain it fully)
That was a “fairy” that can spawn (very rarely) from the Fiend Folio Golem trinket “Lost Artifact”
The trinket is unlocked (along with 4 other Golem trinkets) by beating the Gauntlet challenge.
The trinket works like this (from what I can remember):While holding the trinket, there is a chance “fairy” familiar(s) can spawn. There’s typically three:Small ones that look like One Tooth bats, Round ones that look like Boom Flies, and big ones (like the one Acesmax) got. They all follow enemies and attack them like Meat Boy’s, while having the chance to shoot a tear or, in the case of the big one, hover in the air before smashing on an enemy, causing shockwaves to appear and cause a Giga Bomb explosion.

7:55 this thing is from fiend folio trinket and can be summoned via cleaning rooms (these especially summons after bossrooms)

it's possible to get this on other characrers. soul of golem gives you 3 random golem trinkets

incase you wanted to know, the fly u got at 7:52 is from the "lost artifact" trinket. the flies also get names if you have the show room names setting on
also a cool video idea/challenge would be to have 5 golden versions of the trinket gulped, but u cant get items from treasure rooms or angel/devil deals. golden versions make the big one that you got more common, and each trinket spawns 1-3 of any type each room

So, about second trinket... it normally is impossible. However, i assume this one spawned because that room was designed specifically to have this inside... and i guess this messed up normal trinket generation. Saw this before with other trinket, but that time i knew for a fact that this room contains this specific one.
