New subscriber; Happy New Year. I was wondering what you did to stop the feed dogs from moving the fabric? Also what do you do if you need some slack right behind the button?

Happy New Year! Depending on the model you either use a cap to cover over the feed dogs or there is an option to lower the feed dogs.
