One of the most inspirational things I have heard you say, here and once or twice in other videos, is that this was NOT your first try. It's comforting to know you also have attempts you're not happy with! Thanks for everything!!!
The iris is one of my favorite flowers. It's as close to an orchid that we can grow in the Midwest. Thank you for the lovely painting. I've been hoping you would paint an iris, so now I can try it!!
So lovely, tyvm for your inspiration and sharing your technique’s! I am planning on attempting this as my first wet on dry project. I love my iris’s, and am always happy when they show up each Spring here in the High Desert 🏜️ 💜
Thank you for this tutorial!I am a beginner and I needed to have an easy tutorial to get me started. Yours was exactly what I needed and was perfect! It was simple and easy to do and it gave me tips on how to add detail.
Hi Emma 👋 your beautiful little prince is so much like you and always so happy and smiling ☺️ ......WOW Emma you have done it again absolutely beautiful watercolor painting I love to log in and watch you create a work of art especially as you explain step by step all the way thank you for sharing you and all have a lovely week Lin in South Wales uk 💞🦋🐕
I know it's completely off-topic but your baby is adorable and your eyebrows are perfect! Okay, on-topic, I really appreciate your tutorials and can't wait to try all of your florals!
Your flower videos are so helpful. I'm thinking of making refrigerator magents (3 x 5 watercolors with adhesive magnets on the back) and these flowers would be perfect.
Thank You so much for sharing! Can you please share some more Brush Lettering Techniques! I'm always looking to learn more and a HUGE fan of Lettering...my channel name says it all! If I could choose, Lettering+Florals would be all I concentrate on!
That baby!!! He looks so much like my eldest grandson did a few years ago; our little guy is known for his great smile. I'm pretty sure you aren't getting tired of replies talking about how adorable that baby is. That being said, any tips on painting hydrangeas?
I know you use lose sheets of W/C paper - how to you keep or store them? Binder? Glued in sketchbook? Still practicing on cheaper paper but ready to move to better paper but wondering what to do with my finished work.
Jerrys Artarama carries some nice, inexpensive presentation books in various sizes that I have used to store my loose finished paintings. They are called GoSee. The 5x7 book is only $3.19 and stores 24 sheets.
@@EmmaLefebvre I get it - Love you work, BTW, first instructor I feel totally comfortable with. Supplies are reasonable and a finished product in 1/2 hour or less. Success. Thanks Emma - and your son is adorable.
I think Iris are one of the hardest flowers to paint. I think I try to hard to make it perfect... I get the shape down, but my colors bleed and turn to mud. 😜💩 This was a hug help thanks

Honestly, I am so unorganized when it comes to my finished work... they’re all in boxes. I gotta do something about that! Lol
