@@funfunfunction my manager is the nephew of the owner of the company so he can do whatever he wants, and he's like 50 something years old and he hits on me constantly and is an absolute pervert to me. And he knows I need the job so he knows I won't quit.
This sounds rather interesting. Unfortunately in my 2-3 years of being a developer, I've never heard of such a place ( in my local area ). I hope there are companies matching most requirements listed here :fingers-crossed:
@@funfunfunction I think it is a pretty general problem, a lot of companies do not even support remote/ full remote. Mainly they are just working for other bigger companies around the world, developing white-label products or outsourced projects. So really looking forward to this, I hope it is going to be successful!
Lucas Caixeta I totally agree. This might just be a very good example. See, I actually looked across the internet to find companies like that but never found the ones that actually fit to Mattias‘s description. It is so hard to find them by looking at their advertised job descriptions in most cases.
omg I love this idea! If this becomes a thing it will put pressure on companies to keep a clean house. Too many job ads stating "we value clean code" except they take on tech debt like nobodys business or "we use the latest tech" except it's a donkey with a gps system on it so it's only technically the latest vehicle model or my favorite "we use tech stack x" and then it turns out they don't use tech stack x except they hope to start migrating next year if the planets are aligned.
My work place sucks.
So sorry to hear that, hopefully we'll be able to help people in your situation with this!
May I ask what sucks about it?

I hope you are well
Great idea looking forward to watching this series
Looking forward to making it!
Wow, there are companies that fall in all five categories or even 3? Guess i am just bad at finding good companies :(
This is a beautiful idea! Looking forward to what is coming up.
This is really cool. My company isn't hiring but this might give me interest to move else where.
It's gonna be great can't wait. Btw ur hair looks dope
Glad you like the hair, Kiran! Also psyched for this series!

What is your local area, Daniel?
was relating to my country, currently living in Hungary
@@s.daniel2714 Do you feel that this is a wide problem in Hungary in general, or just your personal experience?

Hey! I guess my current company is just like that and fill the requirements! I work for a digital bank in Norway :)
