It's nice to see more pups eating fresh food! Dry kibble dehydrates our pet's digestive track and organs, which is detrimental to their health! There's a film on here on YT called Pet Fooled that is so informative and kind of mind-blowing on the pet food industry. I'm a pet nanny and cook fresh for my 4 little angel babies similar to your recipe. They're all seniors, but you'd never know based on how bouncy and puppy-ish they are! I make my 14 & 15 year old pups homemade food and no one believes they're that old; they have lots of energy. I would check out Dr. Becker and Dr. Judy, both vets on UA-cam. They have lots of good tips for homemade dog food and keeping your pet healthy.
I add yams & sweet potatoes in my homemade dog food, but I have seen that russet potatoes are not advised, especially with the skin, which is apparently toxic? Is that why? Cuz of the skin?

Ditch the potatoes & the corn! Both bad for dogs. Dogs are not supposed to have carbohydrates! Stick to meat, vegetables & blueberries.

Get rid of the corn & potatoes. Too much carbs. Add organs meats instead. Add salmon & sardines toppers
