This made me cry.. When I went to the doctor they said I had pcos & that I could possibly not have any kids, I said Stop right there. Yes I will God over powers you & any other doctor .. I do not want to hear it anymore. I am now currently 4 weeks pregnant & one day. Without any treatment & im so grateful, this pregnancy means a lot to me . And I thank god everyday..

I basically stayed on a strict diet . Ate vegetables, grilled chicken . Asparagus , fruits the main fruits I ate a lot were blueberries because blueberries help pcos a lot, I also ate açaí a lot too. Açaí is really good for PCOS too. I went to the gym everyday. Worked out for 3 or more hours everyday. I’m also only 20 and will be 21 in March! I’m also young so what may helped me may not help you, but you could give it a try if you are trying to have a baby, wish you luck 🦋

Ive had PCOS since 2020, doctor said its impossible for me to have a baby unless i lose 15-20% of my weight. Last year, I worked abroad in cruise ship and I lost 10kg. I didnt get my period for 3 months thinking it was all bc of PCOS, so i ignored it. Yesterday, I just found out Im 3 months pregnant 😂 I still cant get over it.

I have a very similar story. My second IUI worked am 5 or 6 weeks and have my first ultrasound next week. And I thought this cycle wasn't going to work and when I heard the news I just couldn't believe it.

I also have the same problem.
After ovulation I will have pain in one side.
It's because pcos avoid ovaries from releasing our egg and our eggs will stay in ovaries n turn into cyst.
Nice, feeling how the bloating and pain receded within approximately two months made all the difference, I simply go’ogled the latest by Tilly Strankten and her Ovarian Cyst Guide and although it really took about 10 weeks for it to totally shrink and vanish I’ve never felt so light and relaxed.
