Hi Jared, I bought your bucket last year when I saw it on for sell. I loved it but the insert that uses that wagtail or mormen wagtail, the tabs that hold it in place broke and now its sitting on my shelve since October 2018. I was busy and should of reached out to you regarding the issue but would like to know if you have a warranty or able to sell that insert. I love your bucket and keeps my leg dry and allows me to have many tools for the job. Any advice or input would be appreciated. Thanks Jared.
Hello mate, I’m in the uk I have a samurai got one a few months ago, and I love it, it would be nice if you could fix the problem I have with my squeegees turning around in the slots, I use moarman tools liquidators with the standard moarman handle but they to turn in the slots which is annoying, also I did see the samurai for sale a week ago on the window cleaning warehouse website, just tried to purchase another one but they don’t seam to have it on there web site anymore. Could you let me know if it’s available in the uk as I don’t want to in port from the USA as last time custom hit me for another £20 “ouch “ and could you tell me if and when there will be a fix for the squeegee turning in the slots. What about a tool attachment add on for scraper, 4’ or other tools? Perhaps a slide over cutout and a tool specific or generalized resting place.
