It's GREAT! If you have access to some sort of smoking method, definitely give this smoked honey a try! We used apple wood for this one, and it had fantastic hints of apple and smoke and was all around fantastic!

Smoked Traditional Recipe:
3 Pounds of 99 cent store honey smoked with apple wood
Water to a Gallon
1 tsp Fermaid-O (or yeast nutrient of your choice)
Yeast: Red Star Premier Cuvee
SG: 1.104
FG: 1.002
ABV: 13.77%
