That lamb looked really nice I think its the best meat going but its gone very expensive

Would using a meat infuser to pump some garlic and herb mixture into the meat judiciously be a thing or would this detract and overpower the lamb.

It would definitely overpower the lamb. No need for infusing..if anything you could dry marinate over night

Thanks for the view. That particular spray is Avocado oil. If you see me using a green bottle I'm using Olive Oil.
