Lookkng forward to trying this recipe at this very moment. But I have a question.. Have I been over preparing my meat by washing it after taking it out of the package? Does the air fryer somehow clean it? I’m confused. 🤷🏿♀️
Depending on the state of your meat, if it's bloody from packaging or for whatever other reason you can rinse it. I don't and I haven't for a very long time. It's a preference I think for most people. Growing up my mother used to wash everything. She even went as far as to soak chicken in a salt bath, not to tenderize it (although that's what was happening) but to "clean it".
@Random Reviews & How-To's it's not such a big deal to me unless it's poor quality fish/pork/chicken. Beef lamb turkey never have I ever washed it unless I butchered it myself
