    The SA-200 is the perfect downhill machine especially the model with the arc control you really can just hold the rod in the grove and it lays down like butter on a biscuit !!!!! The miller is ok but the puddle stays to wet when capping the amperage stays to consistent even when you long arc so you’ll get a lot more undercut, the Lincoln has a much more stable current and you can control your amps by decreasing or increasing arc length to the base metal which makes it easier to stack dimes on the bottom without leaving undercut!!!!!!!! These boys are jam-up hands I love to see our craft done right by real welders most of these guys on UA-cam are just test lab welders !!!!!!

    • @Excaliber7018
      @Excaliber7018 5 років тому

      I hope you are being sarcastic about the miller being to consistant. If anything miller has a "more stable arc". Plus I have never seen any 200 that's original that has arc control. Besides the 200d

    Old welders use to tell up & coming welders that if they showed up on a jobsite with a Miller, they'd b "run off the jobsite." Obviously no longer these days. Whichever & whatever works!

      Dumbest shit ever, Miller welders are way ahead of Lincoln by along shot. Best example is the Miller Pipeworx 400, it’s a 4 phase (Stick, TIG, MIG, and Flux Core) machine and it runs fucking great. Lincoln can’t figure out how they got all 4 of them to run so great, they could only make a 3 phase machine

    Thanks fellas, really nice job. Next time if you please, can you show a little bit more back and forth SA 200 vs Miller. Like have an SA 200 man demonstrate what so great about SA 200 and and the Miller man demonstrate what he likes about the arc and welding capabilities of the Miller. I know they're both great machines, I just want to see / hear why so many especially pipeline welders gravitate to that old iron. Thanks again

    the SA is clearly a good machine but the blue is to if we actually face it but it's true what is inferred that all machines are not the same and don't weld the same, for instance, i like to vantage and rangers but that doesn't mean that Hobart isn't ok. I heard a guy say that he wanted all the bells and whistles on his machine and digal read out etc but a person can either weld or he can't but there again i like porsche panamera but can drive a f150
