The 'Canon' of the story is that he's during the time between the Hobbit and LOTR, basically just delaying Sauron so that everyone else has time to get ready. He doesn't win, obviously, but he's meant to be extremely important, since without him Sauron would have had his army a lot earlier than he really was. Of course the games not canon to LOTR. And his thing of continuing after the revenge is that he went past just getting vengeance on the guy that killed him and his family to continue hurting Sauron and help the other free peoples.. he also doesn't know how to die on his own anyway, aside from someone taking Celebrimbor from him.
Well since he has Celebrimbor, he could make an other Ring of Power (Though I question how he got into Mount Doom, place is a forge for Sauron's army, and very heavily guarded unless his entire armies at the Gate). And since Sauron wasn't involved in the construction, he couldn't control it (Like the Elf Rings)

If you recall, Gandalf tends to use his sword against the Orcs and Goblins, and didn't use his magic against the Cave Troll that impaled Frodo. Talion mows down similar trolls and orcs with no effort at all. If Gandalf holds back, he's fucked. If he goes all out, he could probably beat Talion.

Shadow of war/mordor is worth ot dude but the story isn't too good unless it is about the Nazgul, that is cool and it is the combat, mowing down countless orcs is the best, feeling invincible it is a good feeling man
Ignore all the hate and get this game first. Although I would strongly recommend you play Destiny 2 as well when I get the chance. Huge fan of both of these games!

Titan Hyperion besides the loot box fiasco that people are blowing way out of proportion, it's a tough choice. Titan Hyperion besides the loot box fiasco that people are blowing way out of proportion, it's a tough choice. I'd say war because it expands on what was good and adds so many new and unique mechanics and gameplay, but I could also say mordor because it had no business turning out as good as it did lol
