No, he never sang like this before. He never have sang indeed, He probably will tell that to you himself. He has been "recitating" his lyrics for decades. He is right. It doesnt mean its bad, its just something else. He has great voice, he isnt a great singer though. Still cool.

Okay shit. It has been years since I've listened to these guys. They used to be my favourite. I can really tell that they have developped as a band. Their songs used to be slower and full with growls. I'm not complaining. This is sick as well.
First and last time I hear this band was the "for you" single and music video back in the day. It was fucking depressing. I've grown from those days and instead of this being a fun band, now it is just fucking depressing and annoying. Not for me anymore. Although I still listen to old doom shit like paradise lost and this. occasional 2 songs in a month, but only when drunk, so it doesnt get under your skin
