I am loving this song almost 40 years later... good ole rock never dies. 🔥
Ditto. 👍♥️
Exactly, my favorite Squire song!!
Me too
Im from south of Brazil, 37 yo, listening for the first time this incredible band, and this song is amazing. YT allow us this joyful findings.
Still one of the best albums of all time
Anyone who’s traveled alone, with family at home, understands this song. What a songwriter 😌
Special appreciation to the camera operators who captured this so skillfully. ESPECIALLY the extreme close up shots of Billy's beautiful face. ❤😍🎧
Man the 80s had some magical music.. Won't be another decade like it. I can only imagine the only other decade like it , would have been the hysteria of the 50s music.
I love billy squier. One of the best of his day. And still rocks on.
Who's here in 2021?
Side note: I knew every single song on this album and 40 yrs later STILL do!! A HUGE FAN!!
Know every word 💚
2022🤗🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶💃💃💃💃💃💃💃💃

2024
ALWAYS sound better live. God where did all the artists with talent go❤❤❤????
I love Billy! My favorite rock star. If I was there I would love to meet him! 🥰
Every rock artist has an awesome love ballad
I rise at the break of day
Your smile sets me on my way
I need you
See the light shinin' in your eyes
See the hopes that I realize
For you
I am alone...
My odds are long...
S'all I can do...
I need you
I need you
I need you
I need you
Take the road where the eagle flies
Man follows where his fortune lies
I leave you
Shadows fall and the day is done
The curtain calls but more than anyone
I need you
When I feel low...
My amps they blow...
When I feel blue
I need you
I need you
I need you
I need you
And I forget all my sorrow, I forget all my pain
I relinquish my doubts at the sound of your name
I can feel your desire when I walk through that door
I believe in the power that can even the score
Never knew it could take so long
Never knew it could feel so wrong without you
They say a woman knows the reasons why
No man ain't supposed to cry
I need you
When after all...
My tears they fall...
When I feel blue
I need you
I need you
I need you
I need you
Love this song. Great memories.
still LOVE HIS MUSIC
It roxx
Still listening to 1 of the greatest frin 80's...ahh..memories..This song & "nobody knows"..She's a runner...list goes on...still playing here several times a day!....
Nobody Knows is my favorite
I actually own his 1981 album Don't Say No one of my favourite albums of all time
Man I love this version!
Such an nostalgic jam🖤
I absolutely love this song
great pre-chorus & bridge on this song ..... Squire was a very underrated song writer ......
One thing I've noticed , after years of listening to music - I didn't get into Squire until about 1985, before I really dug deep into Led Zeppelin (I was in middle school then) - when I go back & listen to Squire now, I hear the Zeppelin influence , in the guitar riffs - but the "key" is his songs aren't an obvious "nod" to Zeppelin . THAT, to me , is truly making songs your own .Also, a heavy Queen influence too in his later 80's stuff - matter of fact , Freddie Mercury guest vocals on at least one tune from the album that came out in 1984 (or might the follow up...?) 'Love is the Hero' , I believe is the tune ........ there may be another song as well.
@@hazor777 The Hitcher! Awesome movie
Billy squire is awesome!*♡♤☆♡
Love love this song! Brings a BIG smile to my face seeing it back in the Heyday
I never got the opportunity to see Billy live, but wish I could have anywhere from the time of this (1981) show to about 1990. It would have been great I'm sure. Miss him still being out there these days. This is among my top 3 Squire songs. Thumbs up on this tune brother!
Stella- he WAS great live! (Pittsburgh Civic Arena 1984)
Yup love him
This young people is rock-and-roll!! Pure raw rock!!
Great songwriting. Great musicians.
billy's backup band was killer...that drummer was deadly
Bobby Chournard (sp?) - R.I.P. - yes, he was a great "swing" drummer .......
Bobby Chouinard, he had one of the fattest snare drums out there. Ludwig LM-402 Supraphonic.
As close to Bonham as any drummer ever got.
RIP
Awesome guitar solo
Got to see Billy Squierin N.O. !
Not just kids from the 80's that love Billy's music, kids from 2022 love the music also. Awesome.
Love him!
He sure is Rock on Billy
I need you to come to Oklahoma Billy 💕 Would love to see you. Me and my dads favorite man.
Very underrated song on a very overlooked and classic true Rock album - great song writer and performer and musician Mr Billy Squire 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👏👏👏👏

The following comment is for Mr. Billy Squier himself: "I NEED YOU!" ❤🔥😎🎧

I need your love Billy I love you so much babe
😊
Nice one. 🎶
Wondering if you could give us a chill vocal version contrasting the friggin awesome cool freshwater licks... Don't know if it's been done but without a doubt your top three shower songs :) #sleeper#underrated #rawdeal PS: and I will missmy milk crate record collection and loving EVERY SECOND of my Webcor FOREVER. ( And wooden floored roller rinks).
I think the only member besides Billy that's still alive is the keyboard player
oh man, was I mad at the lead guitarist for breaking Billy's collar bone back in 1983/84 during a video shoot !
only because it would've been a summer time concert, but was postponed til nearly winter, and that's why i was upset. I slipped on the black ice that formed on an overpass, went right into the back of a Mustang, and knocked out my headlight of my brand new car ! I couldn't really enjoy the concert even though I was in the second row and center.
I feel bad, because the lead guitarist kept looking at me, and tilting his head as if asking me, "hey man, ...who died"?
Sexy man and a sexy lover song and he sings it Soo fine
By the way does anyone know what's going on with the hands from the crowd up in the air??
Is that something I missed in the 80s
1st concert don't say no album foreigner 4 concert
i was just wondering if any of the 2 gorgeous DAVENPORT boys from Tennessee remember this song ?
Sounds like a great story!🖖
Why no backup vocals???
Much better without the high pitched backing vocals.
I love billy squier. One of the best of his day. And still rocks on.
