Just did this with a flashlight, looks amazing! And gives me a nice secure lanyard. I slowed the beginning down to 0.5 playback speed and was able to do the first knot. I also terminated by looping it twice over (almost like a half hitch) and burnt off the excess. Looks pretty damn nice. Thanks for the video!

Very nice video. Only one small thing, what I did instead of cutting cord after diamond knot I brought it down to cover while finishing handle.
How do you keep it from coming undone?
Is there a better way to finish it
I don't know a better way, but I am open to suggestions.
It's much easier to just make a loop and flip it and go back over whichever end your working towards......just sayin 😉

This video failed from the start. Putting music on a instruction video is wrong. Instead of music tell us how to tie the knot.
I could not follow this at all. I was lost from the beginning that first night went way too fast.
The knot at the beginning is nearly Impossible to follow. Your hands are moving way too fast and are in the way. No description of what your doing. I have zero confidence I tied it right. What I ended up with after multiple attempts doesn’t look like yours and the loop slides.
Slow down the video to 0.5, that was the only way I was able to follow along and do it right.
Sorry about that, slow it down like Rosendo said, I will make it slower next time.
No way , tried at .25 speed , 4 times and it still does not come out like that one ,so screw it and find another tutorial that gives guidance as they go , BYE >>>>

Ok any type of stopper knot for the loop will do. A series of half hitches and absolutely nothing to secure the bottom. Overall a complete waste of time watching this. This wrap will come undone and loose extremely quickly.
Actually it's still on the stick 🤷
