Hi Sir, Do you have any idea how I am not able to choose the entity when create a new entity permission. I do not get the dropdown list and cannot typ in manually the entit?. Like shown on 7.03 min edit: I have learned so far that IE browser does have the dropdown list, which is strange, but I missed a step because I cannot choose the lookup column, this dropdownlist is greyed out. Now I am stuck at creating an lookup column, which is do not get when using an entity list connected to my sharepoint list.
This video really helped me a lot and I have a better understanding now.. I am running into an issue where I am seeing no records to display on my list... please help!
Hello Thanks for the vedio, I am building a powerapps portal and am using common data services entity ,So what I want is to view this records in the portal according to the login user vs a field called Email1 in my entity and it is text type not lookup because when i created my entity I get it's data from sql.
Thanks for this wonderful video. But there is one thing which I'm not able to configure or achieve through account level access. I have an entity A which has a relationship to account as well as contact. I want to see all records in portal list which are under the same parent account. I tried using the same approach but not successful. I also tried filtering the List with account relationship attribute but not successful. Could you please also tell the way to achieve the same. thanks!!!
Hi, I know this post was made 3 years ago, but by any chance were you able to resolve this issue? I'm facing the same issue, I can restrict access per signed in user / contact, but I am unable to do the same for the account which the user has been assigned to 😢 Any help would be much appreciated
