I already use this rice water and also this methi hair pack and it's amazing . Its also promote the hair growth i use this things in 3months regularly and now my hair's condition is very good and also my hair becomes well-managed

after moving from himachal to mumbai, i began experiencing hair fall due to hard water issues. to combat this, i incorporated a new hair care routine that involved taking epsom salt baths, applying littlextra's coconion hair oil twice a week with a five-minute deep scalp massage, and washing it off with coconion shampo in the morning. additionally, i adjusted my diet to include more protein and practiced yoga to enhance blood circulation. as a result, my hair fall has returned to normal, and i now feel confident when spending time with my friends.

I also managed to increase the hair with littleextra cocoonion.
Instead of rice water u should use reeta shikayi and methi water .It's also promote the hair growth

I know rice water n methi promotes hair growth but i am curious to know if it also helps with regrowth of hairloss due to antibiotics ? Its been like 7-8 years ..can it also grow hair if the hair loss time has been long ?

i also cutted my hair 5 or 6 month ago mujhe bhi aap ki tarah chote baal rakhne ka bhoot char gaya tha😂 and then my hair stopped growing i have tried many remedies but nothing happend
