Good interview!
As a Pac fan I’ve never thought Stretch had anything to do with the Quad.
Maj got a great voice for radio or presenting etc!
Ed Potts then why are you agreeing with reggie saying that bs about Tupac killing stretch
yeah but his talking shit in a slick ass way , WHEN i saw shock G WHO'S THERE THE DANCER .. STILL WESTSIDE TUPAC 4 LIFE
Yo idk how this popped up on my timeline but this interview was 🔥 The Host is hilarious 🤣
Damn flip i never even knew you interviewed OG. Bro needs to make an audio book too. His voice be having me dying laughing 😂
I like how they broke down the real reason between the Nas vs. Jay beef. You learn something new everyday!!
HVb
Coming from London...that queensbridge history was/is legendary to me. Wicked interview
Not from the Bridge. Springfield, Hollis, Murdock, Linden brothers.
Shit got nothing to do with the bridge.
@The King's Queen Mrs. King Salute
@The King's Queen Mrs. King Same to you Queen
Agreed
FLIP WAS A HOUSE CAT😂.
DEADASS. HE DONT KNOW WTF WAS GOIN ON OUTSIDE.
@E Money Bags damn
he the type of nigga to ball up a whole loaf of bread and eat it
Hilarious!
A house cat LMAOOO SON IM CRYING
Finally I have been waiting for a minute of this full interview
Glorie Mpaka big facts
Pac is my favorite rapper of all time...I think Pac was mad at Biggie not because he thought Biggie set him up, but because he felt like Biggie knew about the set up...But it was said that Biggie tried to warn Pac about dude b4 & Pac went back & told dude what Biggie said & that caused some funk between Biggie & Ol' dude...So even if Big knew the robbery was going to happen I can't really blame him for not telling Pac about the set up because if Pac runs back & tells them dudes then again then that could put Biggie in danger so I kinda understand
Even tyson warned him
Facts! Been known. Pac can run with young cats.. Not the biggest most infamous gangsters in NYC..
THIS MIGHT BE THE ONE, THIS INTERVIEW MIGHT BE A CLASSIC
It's dope to hear a Pac story from his New York homies.
For all these years...I didn't know majesty and stretch was brothers. Damn. I learned alot from this interview
Shout out to The Live Squad and The Young Gunz, The Family.... Colfax, Murdock, Hollis, Linden Blvd and the
. 111th and Springfield Blvd..... R.I.P. Big Stretch, Big Drick a.k.a Biggie Smalls, E Money Bags, Little Jerry Love, Amacott a.k.a. LaSun.. Salute Majesty, Homicide, Gam, Prince, True Devine, Jamaican Prince, and many many others....

@E Money Bags lol
Mark Miller RIP JERRY LOVE FOR REAL DUN .... REMEMBER THE REMOTE CONTROL CARS ? 😂😂. That’s was my dude PRINCE COLFAX & SPRINGFIELD ALL DAY. GAM STRETCH and BAGGS 🩸
This interview shows you how deep and intricate the beef goes with E money Bags death and how it's deeper than just the car thing.... It's all tied into Jay, Nas, Preme, Prodigy. Money, egos, and Cash.
@E Money Bags damn
Money and cash are the same thing fam.....................................
My man shouts out more ppl idk how he could even remember. That’s a lot of respect. I can dig it. Shout out to him shiiiid
I loved this interview I always like seeing real OGs and I got mad respect for E Money Bagz R.I.P but as far as Jay not being in certain spots there are certain cats who avoid the limelight and keep it lowkey they dont follow the pattern.
Jay z 😂😂😂
O
Most definitely the smart and lucky ones
The Reggae song that Biggie was on, was: "Dolly My Baby" with Supercat.
Dope interview Queenz Flip. Only one problem i had with the interview was they both were talking over one another and cutting each other off when talking but overall dope show. 🔥💯🔥
This a really interesting interview. So much street history. Crazy how it mostly interconnected till modern times.
The lightskin guy look like Kanan's Unle Lou from (Powers) "Raising Kanan"
I love Flip's sense of humor.
Fax! When I first started seeing him run down on people I was hoping somebody box his mouth! Then I came across this podcast and saw how hilarious this dude is😂 Now I look back at them videos CRYIN!!😂😂😂
There is no better history than Southside Jamaica from 92-2002 I love watching the interviews with people that were heavy in it . 50 a gangsta . E Money Bagz a legend .
It's obvious the interviewers didn't do any research or don't have much knowledge on this era of hip hop history.
Flip is the worst interviewer ever.
This nigha is so corny & doesn't have no hip hop knowledge, but wanna do a podcast, SMH
MRfrench305 but Flip is a kid. This was before his time

It’s amazing how uninformed Flip is. Didn’t know about Big’s Everyday Struggle. Didn’t know about Luke’s gangsta among other things 🤨
Then know that this are Little niggas wanted to get in business in Times when Those guys where teenagers. 10 -12 And didn’t know the real shit. Stretch was older then 2pac and everything. And it’s not the big up stretch but Those guys wanna talk about things that happend in the 90s. But we not mad Because you’re young babys at the time. And now they got a Little someting going like a show or UA-cam but not knowing about What people did and put in Work when they where pooping there pants. Big up live Squad and e money baggs. Real niggas know who are now in there 40s 50s. But it’s 2pac so everything got blow up. Like my man say “ he ain’t even a rapper but a friend of us”. They where even around Those kids dudes. They where in school at the time. And i hear people talk about stretch like they know him. Nigga you where in ya poos guts still before you where Born. We already get shit poppin at the time. Now it’s everyone talking that not even KNOW tupac. So Please stop and Enjoy his music but not talk about his life and experience. Because people his age know.
and never heard about Bodycount, smh
That Jay and Nas conversations stays a lot about who the two men are
Yo' this interview was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🙏🙏🙏🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Did not know some of the situation's, without saying to much. We in the barbershop!!!!!!!! Nobody gets hurt yo'......

Someone needs to make that Jay and Nas conversation viral
This is East Coast Hip Hop history. If you know you know.
I remember in HS - went to Jamaica... Pac and Snoop@ Trafalgar Square... The buzz on the Ave was crazy!!!!
You talk crazy to all your guests, it’s unprofessional. I know it’s your signature but it’s not working Flip, you had numerous guests you could of reached millions of views with but your actions within the interviews are holding you back. It’s time to flip the script. Constructive criticism from a fan..
Miketf Sike idk his interviews are amazing

Honestly if you was from Northside there was some jealousy as well. Northside has better neighborhoods, manicured lawns, and stuff. Cambria Heights for example, Linden Blvd. was like some black burbs for real. We were told from a young age Southside was the enemy. We used to call Rochdale “ roachdale”. They need to interview Boom Bash as well, Mikey D. , Black Rock and Ron
wow is them neighborhood safe nowdays nd do y'all got love for far Rockaway queens
Northside is not Cambria Heights and Linden Blvd, Northside is really Hollis and the Hollis area of Queens Village plus Shadyville_and Hollis area of Jamaica
First of all The whole Jamaica are is Southeast Queens. Which includes South Jamaica, Springfield Gardens, Laurelton, Rosedale, Saint-Albans, Cambria Heights, Queens Village, Hollis. All these are section of Jamaica, Queens. Dude said Rosedale, Springfield and Laurelton is the North. No those areas are on the Southside Of Queens. The real Northside of Queens begins north of Hillside Ave.
@@quanbrooklynkid7776 Those areas are not safe you buggin Sun. Lol!
It’s not even suburbs shadyville and Hollis is just as hood as south side just they had pj’s and more of structured drug organizations. Remember when pop freeman came to queens he was on the north side which is technically farmers aka the rock, hollis, shadyville and Springfield
nigga said Ed Lover had a song called my skeezas. nah thats funny as hell. 😂😂😂
Great fuckin interview E money bags was dope. Love that joint he got w NaS.
Nore got his style from E💯
Ed Lover broke down parts of the story RE: Quad studios & Pac & Big Stretch, & it was consistent with the story these two brothers told.
It’s sad PAC and Big ended up like that they could have owned the game right now
Damn he really does look stretch
I dont think another nigga can ever use money bags connected to a name again...its too original and linked to a gangster.

Fantastic episode, such a shame Live Squad never got their chance to release a full album, I was so waiting for the album to drop after Heartless dropped back in the day. Dope producers and mcs Pac got a lot of jewels from these dudes along side D.U. These guys played a massive contribution to his career. Bug up the Live Squad 💯
For sure I left my thoughts here but I agree 💯
Classic Interview
@ 1:48:18 I felt what the brotha was saying. Growing up in the 80s Brooklyn I saw the same shit. You had the all mighty Fortgreen pjs, and Farragut. My pops from Fort moms from Farragut, and I always claimed Farragut even tho I grew up in both. It was like David vs Goliath. I remember being on Rikers in 85, hearing a few dudes from Farragut say they from Fort.🤦🏾♂️
Business and war go together like butter and toast
Thats deep...real tho. It takes money to go to war and in order to maintain a business u need to make money which funds the war.
Here is my interpretation of what happened :
From pacs side he felt that stretch, big etc were his friends and should have back at all costs and keep look out for him to make sure he safe when he is on the east.
From Stretch side. Henchman got the drop on them. Stretch wasn't soft but he wasn't type of cloth that henchman and Jack were. So he played his position.
Basically Pac thought his ppl were the toughest guys out in NY. But they weren't. Which isn't bad but Pac was disappointed they didn't live up to his high standards
You missed how Stretch kept asking to hold Pac's gun that night. Stretch knew what was going down and just wanted Pac to take his beating. Tupac being on a whole another level with that militant sh*t wasn't going down like that. Stretch was afraid of Jack and them, they were the baddest cats in NY, real OGs. Pac didn't have no fear.
@@spymo9360 Ya I agree. That lines up with what i said as well
@@spymo9360 he had 2 guns on him...he didnt need 2, this aint the movies
It's not that they weren't tough.. they were killers... But going against somebody like Jimi henchman or Haitian Jack.. it's a different kind of beef. They'll be in Atlanta or Miami chilling sending random hits at you. And they know where your loved ones lived. This is not a typical street corner beef.
@@peekaboojujitsoo525you right… it was the 90s cmon now you know niggas was doing extra back then
I grew all around queens. murdock used to live across the street from oconno park 199 murdock .hollis and colfax .40 projects .158 in linden blvd .etc they talking real shit.
Majesty won't let his Homey talk for nothing. That nigga stay cutting him off. He handled it well tho! Lol
21:38 Mob Style(Harlem) was the first gangster rappers in NY back in 1988
Ice T & Schoolly D were the first...
I remember them..... Gray and red tape cover.... I had that tape Mob Style.
Jamal Vines yes they have cuZ that was Azie from Paid In Fulls crew.
No they wasn't. The album that served as the foundation of what would come to be known as Gangsta Rap West Coast or East Coast is CRIMINAL MINDED by BOOGIE DOWN PRODUCTIONS! And KOOL G RAP was spittin that gangsta shit before anybody ever heard of N.W.A.
@@BrotherMan1969 he said ny clown and actually Kool G. Rap was before Ice T but I give schooly d the title a Philly dude

Yeah
Yup! Straight G. Certified. Them dudes was blasting at supreme team, bags is his cousin. The young gunz was certified. That’s why pac was comfy in nyc
Ayo! Flip whudup! Gee 💲‼️ 🗣 YOU COO MAN!!
Tupac robbery had nothing to do with Jack. Henchman wasn't going to rob him he really wanted a feature but Tupac cussed him out and said he had to have 7K in cash.
Pete Rock's Young Guns (YGz) from Mt. Vernon! Money Earnin!

This needs to be a movie
Get the book ........ Queens reigns Supreme and the rise of the hip hop hustler
Smart I’m tryna figure out how u stretch it to 2 hours
Damn, that makes U think Stretch actually DID get killed by Henchman and Haitian Jack. Because of the beef after Nickles got shot, and the exact year after the robbery. Majesty just couldn't say so because that would be considered snitchning I guess.
False .... stretch got killed cause he stole some ks from some drug dealer n never gave the drugs back so a hit was put out on him ...... I think 1 ov the cats who killed stretch is the same 1 who killled jam master jay .......as far as stretch and pacs situation I dno what to think if pac was in the wrong or not .... I always heard jimmy gave pac a msg that he didn’t have his money right for war ..
@@amirsim2479 Why False? Where you there? Or are you just quoting the internet? Killing Stretch precisely a year after the robbery seems like a message to me. Like Maj and his partna said, it was ON from there, on some streett shit. Either they braggin' to go to war with Jimmy and/or Jack, or them young guns actually put in some work or made some1 spooked, and Stretch got taken out because of it . Like I said, no statue of limitations on murder, so you can't trust what Maj or Moneybags cousin gonna say, even if it was another reason to take Stretch out.
Na the same informant who came forward about jam master jay said a certain drug dealer put a hit on stretch for stealing kS and not returning them ...... I dno what to think ov stretch .... kinda in the middle it’s clear maj n them gona defend him I respect that we stil don’t know the full details.... Dno if he did pac wrong or not 🤷🏽♂️..... newyork did kinda turn they back on pac tho

South Jamaica Queens is North of Laurelton, Rosedale, but Hollis and Shadyville (Queens Village), Hempstead Av, Cambria Heights is northeast of South Jamaica.

South Jamaica is actually more South than Laurelton, but point is Hollis and Shadyville is the true Northside

I don’t like how dude said he was cool with preme after he killed his cousin e money baggz
Get it how you live. Bro that’s family tho
Yeah I found that kind of weird too. However, since he comes from the era of rules and principles, he probably accepted on how the situation occured. E money bags shot at preme's range Rover and unfortunately black Jus got hit. Therefore, his fam probably knew the repercussions from shooting at a boss like supreme, so he has to accept the consequences of what happened to his fam because he knew his team wasn't strong as the supreme team. From what was told it was like 5 stacks that E got beat out for because the tags on tha Navigator wasn't legally acceptable. He had money so he could of just accepted that lost and should of got the truck chopped up and got at least half his bread back.
what do you expect him to say? if they were cool they were cool... but obviously he is cognizant that E tried to kill Preme first and killed Black Just who was well loved in the streets. That's street code. Bags had numbers on his head. That's what happens. You missed their point. It could have been solved - but Bags made that impossible once he fired those shots.. That sealed his fate.
Amidat as a cousin you can’t be cool with the man that killed your blood. No matter what!
@@randywave7 you talk that if you want... the streets have always been more complicated than that. it's not the movies
No disrespect I like the interview and the content but what killed me just now is when it's when he mentions Ice-T the rock group that he had the song cop killer it just dawned on me that in this day and era you have people doing interviews and shows about hip hop and Street s*** and they don't know the history at all they don't know that that song changed the way. Rap music was received in the music industry in that time and that another group NWA changed the momentum of hip hop music what you call gangster rap all of that opened up the doorway for these kids to be doing that gang gang music now
Bk in the early '90s was the same same shit, I.S. 210/394 from 1990 to 1992 was definitely like Spofford/Harlem Valley Secure Center etc and any Bk high school, Boys And Girls, Wingate, Sarah J Hale, Automotive, etc was the fuckin worst. These young dudes of today should feel very very blessed that they didn't grow up in the '90s in BK/NYC .
