The quality is outstanding. I love a few things about this.
- The parking space at the front and the tiles uses…. Excellent!
- The design and use of sharp angles and different colours with excellent rendering.
- The finishing is exquisite
- The kitchen cabinets are gorgeous.
- The doors are beautiful
- Every room is ensuite
- There is good space at the back compared to some other houses.
- There is also a small side garden

I can't get past the price. What is the cost of land in Tema now that an ordinary one level house would cost $200,000? 🤯 Not even a full lot.
