You are in West Africa. Most homes do not have landscaping like the USA. Africa is HOT with seasonal rain. No one has the time or energy to upkeep lawns!!!.
@@aaronohene-agyei8019A lot of people want greenery in their house actually. It’s just Ghanaian developers don’t know wtf they’re doing and their designs are lazy.
The outer terrace is nice for the landscape. Helps with the city beautification. The boys quarter is applicable. The kitchen upstairs is not necessarily in my view. Kitchens whether indoors or and outdoors are practical depending on the applicable uses for the owner. Different people like different architectural styles.
I dont know why Ghanaian devlopers are not thinking of green areas in theor Project, that is my biggest turn off in a Building the western world knows the importance of the green are.
That house has a very bad floor plan which makes it look like a prison. To me, it's a waste of land. An open floor concept, large windows and sliding glass doors to bring some in the living room would have made that house more appealing. My bid for this house is $120K in cash
Think about the electricity bills you’ll accumulate on light bills since the whole house is full of air conditioners and what’s the point of electric gadgets if you’ve constant power outages. It’s hell living in concrete jungle.
1. There aren't constant power outages in Accra 2. It's as simple as if you cannot afford the electricity bills, don't buy the house. 3. If you don't like concrete, don't buy the house. There are other properties with plenty of greenery in other parts of the country
Never knew Ghana local currency is the US dollar. We learn every day
1. very beautiful house 2. good location 3. excellent Road . I LOVE IT
Beautiful where are trees, where are the laundry room for washer and dryer. To many doors in and out of one house. Do you have Ranch style homes?
This video makes my day. keep it up
Concrete Jungle! Where's the green space?

Exactly
Not everyone wants what you want

Very nice. One of the best I have seen. Finally no glass stairway....improved finishings. ❤️👍
Where’s located at?
@@armartey944 Accra Taifa if you know where that is.
Nice house but I dont get the reason for a second kitchen. It could be an office or laundry room. Bad use for that beautiful space.
this developer had really shown to ghanaians that he has really learn from the white how they plan their settlement
Yh
The facade & landscape lighting is dope! 😁
Great but no green space
This house I have been passing in front of it is this how beautiful it is wow.

Thank you 👍
GOD Bless You San Olisa
Imagine how hot the compound would be on a sunny day. Why tile the whole compound?
so you build house, no trees or grass sef? What's the point?
I love it
It’s sad to see no trees or enough greenery. As hot as it is in
Ghana …trees would serve as shade and good breeze.
U feel me
you can plant or own trees.
very good location .
Woooow Beach ❤❤❤.
But what happened to greenery in Africa 😢
