Neat design, although I'm not sure it fully randomizes the deck. Have you tested whether the cart separator and/or the hopper "draw" are affected by the cart stack order (ie. what order they arrived)?
Yep! I've passed in the cards in the same order on each test and it resulted in various different orders when drawing
