Assalam_o_alaikum doctor my brother is a kidney patient his both kidneys gets shrunken his right kidney shrunk 7.5×2.8×1cm and his left kidney shrunk 7.5×3.2×1cm and also proteins are present in his uria and his creatinine is 7.7 kindly suggest me some advices.

My mother has UTI infection problem since last 4 years. Stupid doctors of Liaquat Hospital, Even Doctors of Agha Khan hospital couldn't diagnose it in early stage. Then it became sepsis. That Ecoli Ruined my mother's life. Her kidneys got failed and now she is on dialysis. Twice in a week. But that infection comes again and again. And we have to give her 10 sulzone injections.
