So I’m having trouble with one of my PS4‘s with the HDMI it’s not popping up on the screen but the cables in my TV and stuff is good because it worked for my other PS4 so I wanted to send it to Sony but I don’t know how and then my other PS4 broke two days ago so now I’m in the mud I’ve been trying to figure out how to send it in to Sony please help
