By the way, I've discovered that one can buy limes and lemons on sale, cut them into wedges, then freeze them on plastic wrap or Silpat on a tray. When they're frozen (takes an hour or two), they can be dumped into a baggie and kept frozen. Then, when you need a few wedges, you can grab them out, thaw them in the microwave, and squeeze them.
