I already told the lawyer that Vibes Cartel is going to lose the appeal ,because based on the circumstantial evidence, and the documentary evidence. It is very hard for him to get away of the charges,anybody who worked in the court system for a while.
Will know the intricacies about the court system, and some of the main factors the judge is looking for. The court is looking at the circumstantial evidence, the documentary evidence, and the cooperative evidence. Once the prosecution can provide those evidences without any form of discrepancy, it does not matter what the accused lawyer do,or say. That person is going over the bridge, unless the lawyer or lawyers can pointed out to the court a lot of discrepancy.
I don't know nothing about Vibes Cartel, but I saw him a couple of times on You Tube and. The way he was behaving so erratic, I went on his website and told him.
If he does not behave himself, he is going to prison. So he should calmed down just like Ninjaman,because both of them was really getting out of hands. I have received several strong threats from some of his fans,because I speak out about his behaviour. I told some of his fans that I have taken a few bad boys to General penitentiary at Rae Town,St,Catherine District prison, Fort Agustos ,Richmond prison, and a few juvenile centers. So I am not easily to be intimidated by their little idiot thing, so he did the crimes. So he must do the time, because his behaviour is very much out noxious. We were having a discussion the other day, and I was telling a little young guy, that there is no real bad man in Jamaica right now.

Is since General Echo died some of them little DJs could sparks, I been around a very long time. I know when URoy useto by King Tubbys in 1960s and early 1970s, before he did one song. Man like Big Youth, Dennis Alcapone, Machukie, I Roy,and the King himself Stittich was the very 1st DJ. In Jamaica to be crowned champion DJ by the people, all the rest of them took on Kingship onto themselves. Vibes Cartel is no real good DJ he does not know how to ride the rethym, and if that is one of the 1st thing a DJ must learned. Is to ride the rethym beat, because you are not going to sound good.

the reality is the Jamaican system is corrupt , is riddled with great holes and the integrity commission knows this to be factual , the fact is that Vybz Kartel is disliked in his own country by his own people who blame him for the social decline in society , the fact this country was in serious corruption before Vybz Kartel was even born is a fact wasted on most Jamaicans , his physical profile , his songs in some contents that do not stand well in Upper echelons of society , has made him a scorned figure .
the Judicial system is corrupt in Jamaica , the only reason Mr Reid and his colleagues were not granted their appeal was so that it did not look bad on the Vybz Kartel case being the only one refused appeal , it’s a cany move to cover their backs , however documented reports over many years tells the true state of a system that looks after its own, and that does not include ghetto artists, particularly ones that look and sound like Vybz Kartel , so yes the Privy Courts are the last resort and a costly procedure , but the best place for people truly seeking justice.
