These videos are so helpful for us SBTD members. I was only doing front plate raises to my shoulders and I learned that I can elevate my feet to make the bench dips harder. Thank you thank you!
Thanks Meg for the insight in to some of your workout. 🤟As an older lady, I am inspired by your tips and form. I love the practical exercises you demonstrate like that 'dead bug'; it was perfect 😊 Keep showing us some of the modifications as well for us less strong ladies 💪Stay well and be blessed 🙏
Great timing of this video!! Just before I do my workout! Also, could you be anymore stunning 😍 I love that my oldest daughter is starting to get into lifting with mama and we watch your videos so she can have a female leader helping show the way! Thanks for the videos!!
Meg! Thank you so much for the discount code, I was literally thinking I needed to order more preworkout this morning LOL. Will you ever consider selling things like Pre in larger containers? I'd be so willing to spend a little more for more volume, plus that's less plastic containers going into landfills
I found warming up for pull-ups with some scap pull-ups and/or band straight arm lat pulldowns really helps me establish a mind muscle connection with the lats.
Hi Meg, I have a question I've been wondering since I started watching your channel in 2018... I work in a physical job (carpenter). I carry heavy loads, my heart rate is elevated much of the day, it's non-stop. If you could imagine moving furniture for 8-10 hrs per day. I love powerlifting and I've tried SBTD but I literally just couldn't find the energy to keep up with it, it was impacting my ability to make it thru the day at work. I'm getting so frustrated, how do I find the energy to put into achieving my strength goals?! Is there a trick to this
Meg please can you do a dedicated video about Calories for woman specifically who's aim is to build muscle. What should our daily calorie intake be? Do we eat in a defecit, surplus or maintenence?
Hi love your channel. I am 51 and just starting my weight lifting journey. I am already outgrowing the gear i currently have, and am looking to buy my first barbell. Can you recommend one? I don’t want to get a cheap one just to have to upgrade later. But I’m also not looking to break the bank. Thank you, and keep up the great content!
Great video! I'm, an uneducated putz, really like the commentary and expressions throughout. I really enjoy lifting, but there are so many times I'm just thinking "Jesus when will this end!?! And seeing someone so much more experienced in their journey is encouraging! Also, you got another year on the "just had a baby" adaptations. Tldr I really enjoyed it 😐
Hey Meg , I am anew subscriber and liking what I see so far , however I really need your advice on something , so I am planning to lift weights but my main concern is my health issues, you see I have neck and lower back disc . What’s your advice!?
Hey you mentioned the coning with your stomach, I still have mine from having my son 3 years ago. I didn’t know what I had and need to work on it. But I noticed it more when I started to work on my abs last year. It popped up on my upper stomach especially with abs.
I have a question I watch you on TikTok also and love your content. How many time a week do you need to train legs to see gains? I am new to this but want to make a plan for myself that work. Thanks again for your content
I watched your all videos on workout. I want to ask you about is possible to train upper and lower body on the same day. I really confuse about in this combination?
When someone starts supplementing creatine, particularly during the loading phase, there is often an increased water retention, but it is temporary and only water weight. Hey Meg and Ryan, long time watcher of your channel. I know that planning out videos takes a lot of time but for a future idea, would you ever consider visiting / training with some of the other athletes you have trained with in the past to catch up on what you and they have learned since you past saw them? Thinking of ObeseToBeast, Jujimufu, TeamRichey, Kristin Pope, etc. Hope you and Ryan are getting plenty of sleep (doubtful, cause . . . baby). Thank you for the content.
Always love your amazing information about exercises but YOUR SHARP JAWBONE is a distraction for me. You are beautiful. Thank you for sharing always.🙏🏽🙌🏼
I actually don't like training upper body much. (Carrying 100 breakfast trays and lifting dish washer racks at my job when helping co workers is a good enough substitute when overworked). Like the "property of buff chick" sweat shit for the husband
Supinated: your hand is up and you could hold some SOUP in it. (Get it? SUPinated?) 😂 That's how we learned in anatomy!
I came here to say the same thing lol that’s how I learned it in nursing school

For supinated, I always remember it as holding a bowl of "soup." Thanks for the discount, just ordered creatine!
That's how I always remembered it too, heard it on yo elliott years ago

For supinated all I could think of was ‘sup, like “wassup” and throwing your hands up hahahaha

Thank you! I got Pre and Pump! Excited to try them!
Did this workout today 💪🏾
Great job!

Maintenance or surplus for muscle gain.
Uuuugh your muscles are massive I envy you!!! Stronger everyday and I know I'll get there too! Such an inspiration!

Ohhh thanks for tip about flat feet during pull downs!
Great ideas for tonight's workouts!!

I would love to hear how to break through a plateau in bicep curls. I can’t seem to get past 15 pounds.
Missed out … sad. Fudge Brownie my favorite protein ever. Wish you all would do a rewards program for regular purchasers like me!
These videos are awesome!
I’m gonna try the plate raises next pull day.
I was feeling then thru the phone 😮💨
Did this workout today. Loved it. 😊

Meg you're looking great! You got the guns, the perfect cheekbones, but above all great tips on form and muscle control. Keep it up 🤗
Supinated = "Please give me Soup!"
Looking real good with that double bicep pose!

In my experience your stomach will never go back to the way it was
Could I get some tickets to the gun show?! Your arms look amazing, Meg! 💪🏼
I prefer upper body too and this has been one of my favorite cycles in SBTD!
Aww man I just ordered from Buff Chick on Friday
Meg, quick question; does the 20% start at midnight tonight? I’m PUMPED to say the least 💪
I have a question I watch you on TikTok also and love your content. How many time a week do you need to train legs to see gains? I am new to this but want to make a plan for myself that work. Thanks again for your content
At least 2 times a week but no more than 3
Imagine looking this good this soon postpartum... wow girl! 👍💪

Yes it would just be called a full body day then.
❤
Soup-inated. Like you’re holding a bowl of soup and don’t want it to spill? :)
BRILLIANT!
I was just about to comment this!! I thought the exact same thing
Very noice!
Shit, ISO Curls are hard
Interested in ordering Your Creatine but nervous to incorporate since I’m trying to drop weight. Thoughts?

Supinated tip… if you were holding a bowl of SOUP, you’d hold it with your palm up… or it would spill! 😬
Dammit! Just saw someone else left this comment. Oh well! Lol
