I just got the game on my Quest 3 and I’ve been having a great time. I’m watching these videos you posted so I quit dying haha.
As a Mac guy, I've never been able to play this. But I did drool over the original. And then the second version. I even contemplated building a Windows rig just so I could play this game. So I was super excited to hear the Quest announcement. And I was lucky enough to to get in on the beta. I'm so happy the day is finally here. It's actually installing now.

Small tip for players, theres a settings option in..well settings that lets you have a virtual stock, this stops guns from being shaky as hell when trying to hit those sniper shots and long shots.

Thanks for showing where and how to get that glock. I didn't know about that one. I also wasn't aware that the cigarettes affect your health and stamina. It's cool that they have an in-game effect, is that new or has that been in all/most of the game versions?
It's been in for quite a while, though I think it's been adjusted over the years.
so you are using the oculus quest 1 VR headset thru your computer or just the headset to play into the radius

What do you use to edit your videos?
has anyoen bought this on the quest does it give you the cross buy version to download and install on to steam. The pc steam version is twice as big in size but the graphics are crisp with all the usual shadows lighting and graphics bonuses
I'm just annoyed why we cant have arms just floating hands on the quest

I agree, I'm not a fan of the floating hands.
I can even pick up a probe in training
May I ask what you used for recording from Quest? Is it internal recording, casting or some other way?
This is streamed to SideQuest and the stream is recorded with OBS. Audio is recorded via two stand-alone wireless channels.

Do loot finds respawn in the same places after the tide returns?
There are set locations for crates in each map, which of those locations will have a crate is random between tides.

Hey substatica do you know how to teleport instead of walk in Into The Radius
I've not used that setting, but when it's turned on, it's usually move the thumbstick to aim then click it in to move.

I’m only 10 mins into vid but just to say, I didn’t need that detector on the first mission, when I got back and it took me to the gun range I got one there
Yes, I found that out, first two missions, no detector required!

Great video, All of a sudden I can’t seem to run having done so before. I just walk at a slow pace whether I have a heavy pack or not. It’s spoiling this great game, I have full energy, ate snacks, slept I’ve tried everything!please help
Did you perhaps toggle sitting mode in the options? Perhaps the game thinks you are crouching? Others have experienced this as well,

pcvr is much better. u can reload magazine if you touch ammo box which is in backpack. no need to grab ammo box and magazine, both at same time
