      Hey! I don't have access to this layout anymore but essentially... you need to navigate to the page you're working on, click "edit" (top left corner), scroll over the section where you want the video, click "edit section", then on the popup menu click "background", click "video", then click "replace", and add the link to your video (I just host mind on UA-cam as an unlisted video) and it should sync right up! Let me know if that helps. -TB

    Hey, seems like you don’t offer 360 photos, any reason why you don’t offer that? I feel like about 70% of the listings I see at any price point have 360 photos

    Hey taylor! How did you get clients, when you were first starting out?

    • @TaylorBrownPhotoVideo
      @TaylorBrownPhotoVideo  3 роки тому

      I worked at a local company when i first learned the basics. But when I started freelancing the best thing was just reaching out to potential clients I’d like to work with, doing photos at industry related events, paying for ads in magazines, etc ! The rest was just word of mouth over years and people seeing my videos on their friends posts and reaching out & things like that.

    Thanks for the effort in producing this video. Lots of great, practical tips. I wonder if I can ask a question here...towards the end of the video you said your pricing will depend on the customer which of course makes sense, but you said due to the type of "licensing", and you didn't mention that it might be the amount of work/hours/travel, etc etc. Would you mind explaining that further? (I'm sure this indeed opens up a whole new bag of topics related to "How do I price my video/photo work"!! This was the first time I've heard someone mention specifically licensing being a reason to charge more or less...) This may not be the "forum" for that, or maybe I could/should go research this...But thanks again!

    • @TaylorBrownPhotoVideo
      @TaylorBrownPhotoVideo  2 роки тому +2

      For sure ! So licensing just refers to the permissions given for the photos you provide the client. So if it’s just a listing that is one thing - very short term, typical temporary uses etc. VS “the license” to use for a national commercial, billboard, ads etc. for a bigger company or for a portfolio that’s more long-term use. So it’s 100% up to you on how much to estimate for each type of use, but theres reason to charge more for “the license to” use creative work for bigger, more valuable or more long term uses. Hope that makes sense !

    Is there a specific reason for removing the offers section from your website?

    • @TaylorBrownPhotoVideo
      @TaylorBrownPhotoVideo  2 місяці тому

      Honestly it's probably a bit counterproductive for most Real Estate scenarios since it might cause you to miss an opportunity. For me it was because I wanted people to have to reach out so I could get a feeler for more custom projects and prequalify them a little bit if they were new. But definitely not necessary. I know some people like me would prefer to just know up front what at least the minimum price option is & if you are doing specific offerings it makes a lot of sense to just put it on the page.

    your limiting yourself by saying 40+ 55+ images for a listing. Why do more when maybe you don't have too. Let me know your opinion!
