Danke für das gute Video. Es hat uns beim Einbau neuen Fahrwerks von Hyperpro in meine MT-07 sehr geholfen. 👍

Thank you for the great video. I wish I had seen it two weeks ago, before I did my front forks. Would have spared me a lot of time and nerves. However, I was able to comfortably access all the fork screws without undoing the fairing at all. 🤔

Yes, to get to the triple clamp bolts you don't really need to remove the side panels. I did it for easier filming and to show how it's done. Maybe should have mentioned it in the video! I'm glad you could complete your "operation". 😂👍🤜
The fork rods can be pretty stubborn sometimes.

You don't need to lift up the bike?
    Not gonna collapse?

As shown in the video you need to lift it up on the engine to relieve the swing arm.

Then buy the one made for MT-07 and not Tracer. 😄

Why would you bother putting in old style forks, which were superseded years ago?? Upside down forks are the only way to go in this day and age …

It would involve a lot more work, it's more expensive and we have something called "TÜV" where you can't simply throw stuff on the bike without the TÜV having a field day trying to ruin your work. Also, a lot of more budget minded bikes still use standard right sight up forks. A well adjusted RSU fork assembly on a street bike is not worse than a USD fork. For offroad use is where the USD forks shine but for simple street use RSU forks are still good enough.
