seeing that caesar shield stacks on top of other shields so she works with seth is all I wanted to know , thanks ! Kinda interesting tho because usually shields dont stack in other hoyo games , but the second shielder we get has an unique shield standing on top of other shields
The rational part of my Brain: She would be nice for either of my teams, but Lycon is an eventual guarantee for the Ellen team, and Burnice is better for the Jane team. Shielder engines also suck, so probably also need to pull hers to get the most value. I should probably save my polychrome The Monster Hunter part of my brain: SnS main, must pull
Burnice can apply Fire through her passive even from off-field. This means she can apply Burn without taking Jane's field time, allowing Jane to deal Disorder damage as well as Assault
The ultimate strips shield?! That could be a game changer for me because I have no ice or ether characters outside of the 4* supports. Shields that need those anomaly triggers to remove are a roadblock for me
Looks like it has increased daze against shielded targets. Not exactly the same but the stunned state means those anomaly shields tend to get shredded anyway
for the soukaku comparison besides what you mentioned: soukaku applies it on one specific character (and herself) and it stays on for the duration caesar applies it on the on-field character so off field dps should benefit less unless their abilities snapshot ofc there's also the obvious caesar has conditions to activate hers while soukaku just needs to hold special at minimum (doesn't need energy) and hit an enemy to provide the buff caesar's buff lasts longer but it also basically just disappears after a bit if you take enough damage so it's a bit more situational
at most normal players can't really achieve full buffs that Soukaku can apply unfortunately, cuz it requires perfect rotations which is not that easy to do.
What about Ben Bigger's Signature? That 600% damage on counter based on def should be spicy. Why other agents signatures are seldom used in the showcases and calculations? Other than Brimstone and Weeping cradle, which are everywhere -_-
I cleared shiyu 7 in 3min 2sec on an iPad during a road trip today lmao, so I feel like even when it comes to fighting razor I don’t need ZZZ zhongli 😂. I might throw some pulls on her banner but I’m not sure yet.
She seems amazing and very fun to use, but I shouldn't go for her. I'd replace Lycaon for her in my Zhu Yuan team cause Zhu, Nicole, and Caesar sounds like a cracked team, but I want Burnice to make my Grace team much more OP instead. Anomaly is much more fun than crit IMO!
She seems like a character that would make me play worse instead of getting good. Her attack buff is nice but Lucy is just as good, so then is it worth the polychromes for that spot? Idk Qingyi seems to deliver more bonus and I still feel Seth / Nicole / Shoukaku are better dps supports for their guys, so idk. Seems good but with section 6 coming Idk how tempted. And her banner is kinda dog shit with the a ranks
@@Franklin_Johanessan I think 2pc swing jazz is needed, since burnice is energy dependent. 2pc freedom blues can be good as well, but you'll have energy issues
I mean pretty sure most players don't care about the actual shield, but instead the benefits that come with it. Ceasar basically gives you super armor (not getting staggered by stray hits) and 1k attack (equivalent to an invested soukaku). In addition, she also debuffs enemies while also giving a decent amount of daze. Sure she might not be a MUST PULL, but her kit just has so much value that its hard to ignore

It gives Impact and allows the use of the additional skill
slightly faster stun, comfier shield, + around 10% team damage increase since damage bonus gets diluted a lot. imo pick it up on her rerun
