A dodge cab of that gen? Yeah, lil bit of holy shit goin on. I didn't SEE one without rust til I moved west. Hell those rusted even here a lot of the time.

That looks awesome! Those half tracks are unique, this one more so! Please get the front roller assembly, if for nothing, to have a front roller assembly! Nice work and sure the family is going to like this one. Can't wait to see more of the build on this old beast Keep them videos coming!
we need to work out an exchange program between the rust belt and the desert southwest. Truckloads of rust-free body parts go east, and on the return trip they haul low mileage drivetrains and unbleached interior parts west. It's a win/win.
OMG! I did not see that coming! You will make the right choice. Initially, that looks so cool. There may be too many interference issues but that never stopped you. And you are an expert at mounting dissimilar "things" without poking holes all over the place so the half track chassis can maintain its integrity. Win Win! 🙂
I suspected that the frame it was going in/on had two wheels and two tracks, and I think that is going to be several kinds of awesome when it's finished
OK, I can see this all coming together as a starring vehicle in the next MAD MAX IV -- Reckon you will get a lot of social media plugs if you set this as your goal :)
I am so glad the fork truck tranny is getting better. That is a nice machine. I always loved when mechanical issues "fixed" themselves. You don't see it much with anything after 1979 though. My toaster (2002) fixed itself. Then it ran off with my (ex) wife. 😟 😏
Nice work with the teardown! 🙂👍 I'm glad you could remove the windshield without breaking it. Would be cool, if you do in fact use that cab, to hunt down some 70's Dodge D700 or D800 fenders with the big flares. Just a thought. Take care and have fun wrenching 🔧
Thank you! Those big Dodge fenders with the flares would definitely fit the front tires better. I'm going to think about that tomorrow morning when I walk by it again...
I have watched most all of your content. I love it. I am inspired by you. One question, do you run a scrap yard for a living. Cause you get some killer stuff. Thank you
Subscribed, enjoying your videos from Australia, dont take this the wrong way but you do remind me a bit of Marvin The Martian from looney tunes, in a very positive way!!!
I like the way you think. I grew up on a junkyard, just being around the place would give me all kinds of ideas everyone should have there own personal junkyard . You have a kickass channel with a lot of potential. You remind me of mustie the way he does things with little or no money . People can do anything , it just depends on how much you want to make it happen, how important it is to you
Don't worry. People will catch on. Just keep making videos and the "snowball" will grow. I think you are awesome, sir. Half tracks are so cool and bizarre. I know yours are American made but they just make me think of Nazis. Probably because of watching "Hogan's Heroes". (NOT reruns). 😉
Dear LBG guy. 😱 Please, Sir, for your own and your families sake: Next time please use a good respiratory mask and rubber gloves. Dust from all the rodent shit/crap can damage your health seriously, especially respiratory tract system of course (don't ask me why I know, sigh). It can also cause allergic reactions easily. Best regards, luck, health and wisdom.
Great video. Reality is always more entertaining than fantasy. However you must realize that rat shit fumes are bio-hazardous. Should wear a mask when encountering or working around. Who wants to get seriously sick from inhaling rat shit fumes? What a terrible way to go, yes?
Love your channel, newly subscribed. Strongly recommend gloves and mask on such icky clean-outs, protect your health my man.
That Dodge half-track is pure genius!!! I love it!
People back east will be screaming about that cab.
A dodge cab of that gen? Yeah, lil bit of holy shit goin on. I didn't SEE one without rust til I moved west. Hell those rusted even here a lot of the time.
Don’t worry we are
Right
Man! I could smell the hantavirus all the way here in Tennessee!
Are there deer mice in the desert?
Hooray! Your success rate for windshield removal is at least 1%
I did not see that coming, but I love the idea! And congrats on not freaking the windshield
NOW I get your comment! 😀

Thanks! And I appreciate the tip, I'm sure I'll run into one of these again.
That chain idea is brilliant!
Great project... you are good with Mr. FORK, but lots of cheek puffing...thanks.
Looks like an Air Force truck at one time. cant wait to see what you do! you an NNKH are some of my favorite uploads
Quick windshield tip: store and transport it upright and it won't break. Lay it flat and it takes virtually no force to snap it. Been there done that.
That semi wrecker is epic
Truly enjoyed it. You make task look easy. Your a talented man. Boe
Thank you, I sure appreciate that!
Fun watching you work on your projects. I'm learning and it's fun! ❤ The channel

Thanks! I've already collected a pile more parts for it, I'll start piecing it together soon.
I’m amazed at what you get yourself into
Not to mention what he gets himself out of
*- Thanks for reminding me to hit the thumb-up "Like Button", James...I had forgotten to do it.*

I like your angle-finding method.
That is going to be cool.

Can't wait to see how it drives
I suspected that the frame it was going in/on had two wheels and two tracks, and I think that is going to be several kinds of awesome when it's finished
Ooooh yeah!
That thing is gonna look great!
I like where this is going 😃😃
OK, I can see this all coming together as a starring vehicle in the next MAD MAX IV -- Reckon you will get a lot of social media plugs if you set this as your goal :)
Man if that had a cummins and 6 foot tow mirrors you would be the envy of the 1st gen guys
Oh yes, I like where this is headed - TRV... Tracked Recreational Vehicle!
That is going to be amazing I really enjoy these videos so interesting.
It’s going to be awesome 👍👍👍
I see what you did there. If it was me, I’d take both cabs and make a 4 door half track. It’ll be more fun for the family
I was thinking about that, weld the cabs together back to back, and bolt the rear seat in backward...

Enjoy your work. Keep it coming, but not the poop! Lol
Ha ha, I'll try, thanks!
I think the cab looks good on there
i was thinking when you stripped the half-track that Dodge van would fit on that chassis
I have watched most all of your content. I love it. I am inspired by you. One question, do you run a scrap yard for a living. Cause you get some killer stuff. Thank you

Poo-Poo-Pee-Doo! (Norma Jean was murdered, Damn UFOs!)
Low Buck did you learn more in college , or in the junkyard.
Ha ha, then I would have to figure out the difference between "more" and "more useful"!
