That "gym room" under the stairs would be the perfect spot for a top-of-the-line craft room. I would have vinyl plank flooring in the basement instead of carpet.
@ I was just joking. Most of my prayers are asking Jesus help me accept my illnesses. Geez, can no one now days not be a freaking jerk! Maybe that’s what you should be praying for!
That little seating area looks like a reading area, the light, great place to place books, the beach just isn't wide enough but that is what it looks like to me.
Generally I like the home but would want some changes on the inside and changes on the exterior elevation for the garage section to be more cohesive in looks to the rest of the home
I like most of it. The garages make no sense. You pull into the two car door, and you then walk carrying the groceries across a third of the garage to get into the house. You should be able to offload right by the entry and then a few steps to the well places pantry. I think putting the garage doors on the back side of the garage would be better. Put a peaked roof on the RV garage area. Also, put a peaked roof at the entrance, I don't like the monoslanted rooflines. Get rid of a lot of that concrete out there, then. You could have a drop-off guest drive sort of loop by the entrance, but get some live vegetation out there, not the huge parking lot. Oh yeah, one the "three" sincar garage doors are put on the other side, make the entrance side with the use of windows and landscaping look just like a branch of living space, not just a blank wall. Get rid of the monopitched roofline over the back porch, and make it a traditional pitch roofline. Inside now, there are a few changes. Mostly, get rid of the weird cabinet door in the kitchen. Around that front office area, maybe a change, I'd need to see the plans to figure it out. In the basement, my only thoughts at the moment are to get a media room in there and dump the wine room. Screw the projectors nowadays. They are making huge screen TVs now that look unbelievable. I have seen demos and comparisons live in person for home theatre rooms.
TIMOTHY? THIS IS A ONE-OF-A-KIND MEGA MANSION!! LOVR THE WAY IT'S MADE LIKE A SQUARE!! SO BIG, BEAUTIFUL, AND INVITING!! LIKE THE WHOLE CONCEPT!! REALLY IMPRESSIVE!!
Depends on your views. If you have ocean or lake view, then it makes sense to have have as much window as possible. If you are in the suburbs with neighbours 2 ft away from you, then yes not as many windows would be better.
Agreed, they certainly didn't splurge on lumber (saw what looked to be 1×2's where I would have expected 2×4's). So many of these homes seem to have been rather cheaply constructed once you look beneath the pretty surface.
I like it but would actually change quite a bit, like the finishes

I love homes with RV garage I wish you would do more of those
Dear Jesus! I wish I were a millionaire!😂
That's not how prayers work. You're being selfish. I'm praying for your happiness and wellbeing.

@MrTuggins - I'm praying for good manners and common sense to prevail...
Like the fireplace just needs a hearth

3:42 hall bench would be good for a reading nook or just formal statue and picture display
Thank you!
Would take out the wine cellar and make all a complete kitchen. Wine cellar would be a little pantry.
Agreed, it's not really a useable wine cellar anyway, lacks cooling and insulation to maintain ideal storage for wine (60°f is ideal for most wines)
I believe the term is single Vault in the ceiling
I don't care for those accordian cabinet doors, I'd want regular cabinet doors
The garage wing looks like it doesn't belong to the rest of what you see
❤❤❤❤❤❤

Don't like that super shallow sink in 1st bathroom. I can see water getting everywhere.
Too much window in the dining area, have to change or delete the window looking to the side.

I dont see the value. Builder basic. No high end finishes, multiple fireplaces or sound system. Colorado deserves better!

For 2.3m not my favorite home I've seen on this channel
Least the fool didn't squeal when he found a spice rack or make us all watch an electric toilet. 🤡
Cookie cutter modern. Nothing memorable or unique.
