I own six HPs. There FN Brownings and three clones the Grisan, an Argentine FM-95 and a Israeli Kareen Mk1 (Hungarian FEG parts). The SA35 may be the nicest made clone, but I still have issues with Springfield Armory management and I hold a grudge!
I do believe Springfield uses unfinished tisas parts, and the machine and hand fit them in the USA. They probably also use some small parts made in the USA as well, and they may use some small Turkish made parts
Great video thanks for posting. I couldn’t tell if the Centurion 14 or Tisa Reagent BR 9 have firing pin block safety. My Girsan MC P35 has a firing pin block safety and I think the Inglis L9A1 has the FP block safety. From your previous video SA-35 does not have the FP block safety. Just curious about the Tisas BR9 and Centurion 14.
All 3 of the pistols on the table do not have a FP block. I have an older video comparing the SA35, the L9A1 and the MCP35. Go check it out. The MCP35 and the L9A1 both have FP block safeties. Thanks for watching.
It makes sense. Remember hearing a lot of Tisas had extraction issues. Would make a lot of since why many early SA35 had the same problem.

Keep that grudge going.

So the story goes but there are also reports of the SA35 being made in the US.
Never owned but always admired the Hi Power.

Good comparison.
Wish you'd had a Girsan to compare it too!
I did a Girsan, SA35 and Inglis comparison a while back. Go check it out.
I would be surprised if they were all made in the same factory.
... although I like all three , I think I'll be content with a 25 year old arcus 94 that has served well...
Good to know
I've heard the SA 35 doesn't have a magazine safety like the Browning Hi Power and Other HP Clones have
It does not have a magazine disconnect or a firing pin block.
All beautiful pieces, can’t go wrong with either
You have 3 Turkish BHP clones.
Would you recommend the Tisas?
I would, if you can find one.
Still available in sunny South Africa.
I dont care what anybody says. Tisas makes the frames and slides 80% for springfield period. Springfield finishes them
I have the FM argentine hi power
