Andrew, thank you so much for pointing out the difference between Hawaiʻi food and Hawaiian food. As a Native Hawaiian who has grown up indulged and surrounded by my culture, it can get super frustrating seeing youtubers and their "Hawaiian food" which is really like Hawaiian BBQ. People tend to forget about the fact that there is a culture and native people of Hawaiʻi, and then there is a culture derived from the people who have come to Hawaiʻi. So thank you very much for clarifying it. And to you Steven too for the specifications on how being from Hawaiʻi doesnʻt make someone Hawaiian. I appreciated it. Mahalo nui loa iā ʻolua.

I totally get you because i come from Morocco and very frequently people refer to some dishes as morocan cuisine when actually it's soooo different from the original for example "couscous" or "tagine"... it's sad really.

I think Worth It Watches Worth It is already a great title. You just named it on the fly, like you did with the actual show. It makes sense to me. Names don't always have to be super clever.

I’m from Hawaii and love that you pointed out the distinction between Hawaii food and Hawaiian food! Same goes for the people. Hawaii residents are not Hawaiian, they’re simply Hawaii residents. Hawaiians are the people indigenous to Hawaii.

Wait I loved the Fish episode so much! Probably my most rewatched episode. You guys just seem so happy, all the chefs are super cool and clearly love what they're doing, and all the dishes are something I definitely want to try - especially that dessert at place 2.

Quite interesting that you guys were talking about "Hawaii" or "Hawaiian" food. I think the concept probably could be based on historical background. The same idea about Taiwanese food. I'm a Taiwanese guy and just finished your good episodes about Taiwan. I think Taiwanese food is a fusion style combined with Taiwanese, Chinese, and Japanese styles in this era (Because China, Japan, Netherland, and Spain had colonized this island before), and we call all of them Taiwanese food.
I totally agree with Steven on this one. This episode I rewatch more then probably any other. It's just fantastic.

I will admit, you guys, that the Fish episode is in my top 10 favorite Worth It videos. It makes me want to go to Hawaii sometime in my life and eat some amazing cuisine while I'm there. :)
