How about also holding the parents of teens accountable when their teens kill innocent people during drive by shootings, home invasions and armed robbery?
Also why not charge the Mothers of the same teens who kill innocent people? Why? Because he’s white and the usual suspects are black, he never did nothing to nobody mess
By this logic, Would you hold the Columbine parents responsible for what they did? His mom wasn’t abusive or anything to him. So she should be punished
@@JustTellingTheTruth556- She also didn't buy the gun for him, AFTER he previously made threats. That's the reason the parent is charged. He knew his son made threats after being contacted by the FBI. Yet still decided it was ok to buy his son a gun? Wtf
All crazy whyte folks have the right to bear arms. AR 15 should not be allowed in any minors' hands. Citizens do not need AR15 if they aren't fighting a war You need a drivers license at 15, join the military at 17; 18 to vote, and 21 to purchase alcohol. The US constitution is a joke. It needs to be rewritten by the American people, not old whyte men, and brought into the 21st century.
This parent failed this child. And now they are both paying the price. Poor kid - had there been proper intervention at an earlier age, he may not have ended up here. Someone - parents, teachers, the system - let this kid down. There are times when there are 0 signs, but those times are RARE - someone saw something and did nothing.
Well part of the problem is that KIDShave to much. Power/rights,,, theres nothing wrong with parents asking who are your friends, make your choice then and there,,ask to look at there phones Social media, look at there rooms ,take doors off if you have to,, take back your house don't have to walk on eggshells
I disagree with charging a parent with the sins of the child. If they are going to charge the father then the FBI is just as culpable as they knew he was a threat.
The child and father were investigated 1 year ago for a school shooting threat. The FATHER knew everything. Still gave the young boy the gun to actually go kill people! It wasn’t an “I didnt know” situation! The father IS responsible!
Nope. This parent is fully liable. He knew his child should not be around guns and gifted him a gun. NO child should be gifted a gun but especially one that was previously investigated for making threats. True, there are situations where the parents should not be charged, but this is not one of them. He failed.
@paulp3369 Not offense to grandma but that was a very risky thing to do. Eight year olds cannot usually distinguish the difference between pointing a gun at something..pulling the trigger and ending a life. If they do know and get angry, they don't really connect the dots between pulling the trigger and snuffing out life..until afterwards.
@vanessashaw2159 I appreciate your respectful disagreement. My grandmother taught me to respect a firearm through proper and safe handling, respect for the damage it could inflict, and a respect for the wildlife it was used to hunt. BTW, I was also taught how to clean it and how to store it safely.
Lord have mercy Please intervene Lord These are the reasons there must be some levels of gun control to prohibit these senseless murders. Too many are occurring within the school systems and on the streets of Philadelphia 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 Senseless killings😢😢😢😢😢😢😢 My deepest condolences to all the families and friends of these beautiful souls. I pray that they are all in the presence of the Lord on His right side and their spirits are among God's Angels❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Lord, please bring Your peaceful hands upon these families and friends and being them comfort 🙏 ❤️ ✨️ 💕 💖 💗 🙏 🙏 🙏
Did you not hear the part about the kid being investigated last year for making threats ? And the father knowing of this STILL bought his sin the weapon ? This has no commonality with "g"rape charges . NONE
Our schools treat children as if they are all stupid and don't protect them from bullying. These kids are stepping up to prove they can act like adults, but sadly, the wrong way. Send your children to Catholic School. They treat students with respect.
Wow... Just wow... And Dad fuked up... Smh.. Yet Demz will let kids transition without telling parents...WALZ. Said its ok. Im not about charging dad... Let it play out

Dad's on the hook. Has to be. Feds show up because of online threats your kid made, and you gift him an AR? Buh-bye.

It’s the teens fault, he made the choice
My grandmother gifted me my first rifle. I was 8.
That wss very wrong of her, giving tacit approval to a kid to use a firearm!

Parents should get exact same punishment as the teen
This is the equivalent to charging a grape victim with grape because they had a skirt on so it made it easier for the grapist to grape
