This (type of) inverter is incredible. I misplaced pv to battery terminal, 300v on 48v terminal, blew off 2x 63v6800uf capacitors spectacularly. Inverter worked fine without batteries attached for 2 months then capacitors arrived and fixed everything. Connected to pc via serial. Worked, tried ubuntu for better monitoring. Faulty supeflower ATX PSU damaged the inverter when pc restared. Smokes, rcd trips, inverter dead. Removed inverter comm bord, inverter alive, tested it by overloading with stick welder, all good, back on the wall.

Don't tell anyone but my "lead acid only" 24 v. has only had lifepo4 8s on it for years .on the agm setting . only $300. so I bought an extra. and $1200 for 8s, 300Ah and some cheap solar. my lights and youtube are ALWAYS on. LIFE IS GOOD.

What voltage and intensity did u use on Battery while repairing inverter? I wanted to test inverter after replacing capacitor on the PV side. When i plug inverter to "AC in" inverter shows led and buzzer same as on your video. I've tried plug 24v 4.0 A adapter to the battery plug , but nothing happened.
Please I have the same inverter and I'm finding fuses burned and input mosfets and output diodes shorted ...when I replaced all these components the fuses burned again so I couldn't find the short circuit that is responsible for this current augmentation
All of these Chinese made, high frequency, transformerless inverters are junk. If you want an inverter that's going to last more than a year, you need to buy a low frequency, transformer based inverter.

If diodes blows they have shorted in secondary try to check all part connect in paralell to dc bus especially the big elec, capacitor
