Ok I replaced my faulty fan the same as you have did but the fault code is still there. Do I need to reset the inverter in some way to remove the fault code?
The problem with these inverters (3 KVA Model) is the terrible noise the fans make when there is anything more than 4 amps of current flowing on the primary side (whether AC or DC from the photovoltaig system)! There is no temperature problem - in my testing, the inside temperature was just 2° or 3°C higher than the outside temperature at 10A current from the PV system. This seems to me to be a massive design flaw and therefore is not recommended to buy these inverters.
My fans were going constantly and I had to change the "FLOAT" SETTING TO 26.5. Basically the resting point of lifepo4 cells. they are intended for "only lead acid" batteries. But all battery settings are changeable if the "user defined" setting is used.
This is sucks, exactly the same fault just after 3 months. Both fans working. Looks like manufacturer problem as @Rudolf mentioned Thanks for the video

I'm using an 8s lifepo4 battery and had to raise the low battery cut-off to 24v and lower the bulk charge to 28v so the 8s battery pack does not shut down the battery pack due to one cell being to low or high.. According to the battery app, I still getting the same amp hours from it. It's like all the real power is between 25v and 28v. hope that made sense. That's how I've been running my LIFEPO4 packs now. between 25v and 28v

No need to replace fans if they are working. Just clean the tiny sensor. It is dirty so it can't (see) that the fan is spinning. Easy fix for 01 fault code IF the fans ARE spinning.
what u are talking about bro? There are inverters which shutdown immediately due to 01 error, or they just stop the system completely unless you fix the error

I guess these are the lowest price, for a reason. only 16 cycles and the absolutely clean fan sounds like it is dying Don't use these where you can't hear them I guess

Can i use fan with different current. The original was 12v 0.7 amp i have 12v 0.3 amp. They are quieter is that ok?

what's the specification of the two fans? voltage range? AC or DC? current? form factor (Length, breadth, height)?
sorry my friend I forgot the form factor, but the fan I used is DC dual voltage from a broken inverter (same brand)

the small one is 12V 2 speed 3 wire and the big one is 12V DC 4 wires

I been using it, with these error for over 5 years and no problems , fans will turn on when temperature is high anyways.😀
