Loved the series. One thing I'm still unsure about is map selection and base placement. I used one of the provided seeds but I was just matching whatever direction you choose so that I could follow along, having no idea if that was the intended placement to make it such an ideal seed. Would love a video or a few slides on that guide showing the intended base positioning for those set seeds. Just a thought. Thanks again.

Hmm sorry that is a good suggestion to add to the guide. Base placement is really tricky at first for sure, and hard to explain.
Try going into editor and just placing the entire base down and visualizing the rotation. The water pipes sticking out on frontside should always be relatively close to pointing at the lake. And then power should run AWAY from the base direction when fully printed.

ummmm... ya probably? I can't see how it would "break" anything other than using excess belt... Should be fine :)
I assume you mean just the belts at the furnace area - I wouldn't go mass upgrading literally every belt in the entire base, as later stamps may not get the logic placed on them that they should... furnace belts though? Totally fine. Hope that makes sense.

You should really have a "hump" counter for this series....is this base measured in SPM or Science per hump? Humps per minute?
