    Time to review the Geedel Hand Crank Cheese Grater. It has 3 different rotary attachments for grinder, slicing, and of course grating. I love this kitchen gadget. It is much better than my box grater in my opinion, and it is safer and easier to use. And the price isn't bad at all!

    Love this! I know Im not the only one terrified of accidentally grating a finger or knuckle with the standard/box grater. 😮

    Wow Matt! I am looking for a product like this. I make and these are from your videos, the muffins, as in carrot and this would be so fast and easy for prep. Love this so much too. Thanks Matt!

      They cost under ten bucks if you buy straight from China. I've had the same model for about a decade, so it's not exactly innovative. And I mean exactly the same model. We actually had something similar (by which I mean much heavier) at home in the 70s. I used to use it for potato chips/crisps all the time. Oh, and to be clear I still use my current one weekly at least. It's a godsend.

    Oh my goodness I need one of these. I won't be able to cut my fingertips anymore with the regular graters. I'm going to buy myself one of these.

    ❤ Awesome gadget Matt! I have something like that stored in a box bcuz I didn't know what it was 😂. But when I saw your video, and all the different ways to use this tool, I realized this is the greatest since the noodle!😂. Thanx again!

    Hey Matt, Amazon just delivered my grater and it's beautiful. The colour matches my "aqua sky" Kitchenaid mixer exactly!
    I put it together in about 20 seconds. It's perfect 👍 I can't wait to use it (after I wash the attachments).
    Thanks so much for the recommendation.
    Have a "grate" weekend ✌️😁 🇨🇦

    My sisters always tease me because I love kitchen gadgets.
    (Hey, they make life easier, right!?)
    Well, it looks like I'm going to have to add yet another to my collection!
    I love this little grater, and I could see how much you're enjoying using it. 😊
    I found one in my favorite (aqua) colour and it's in my Amazon cart. I'll be placing my order today. 😉 It's definitely replacing my box grater!
    Thanks, Matt! Have a great day & weekend. 🇨🇦

    Im late to the party but can this be used for coffee grounds?

    • @inthekitchenwithmatt
      @inthekitchenwithmatt  2 місяці тому

      I wouldn't recommend it for coffee grounds, probably better off sticking with a coffee grinder for that.

    Can it grate sweet potato

    • @inthekitchenwithmatt
      @inthekitchenwithmatt  3 місяці тому

      Possibly, I haven't tried sweet potato. It may or may not be strong enough to handle that.

      @@inthekitchenwithmattThis is not good for hard cheeses like Parmesan and Romano if you want to get a really fine powdery texture. The fine grating drum is just not fine enough. They need another drum like a zester.

    • @inthekitchenwithmatt
      @inthekitchenwithmatt  22 години тому

      @@nick_john Yes a zester drum would be great, with that said, I use mine for parmesan and it does a really good job.

    Does it grate feta cheese?

    • @inthekitchenwithmatt
      @inthekitchenwithmatt  28 днів тому +1

      I guess it depends on the feta. The feta I am used to is just crumbled and not grated. If you get a black of feta, I don't see why this wouldn't grate it.
