@@MyersWoodshop So I got it. Its set up and I've done a few carves. Posted an unboxing/setup video over on my channel. You are right! I knew the dimensions of course but didn't realize how beefy and strong it would be. Was blown away when I started pulling it out of the box. Onefinity is a serious machine.
really like the cart, but the one big feature that Onefinity has that has me leaning towards buying is the ability to have a front "vertical clamping surface" for dovetail work. However, the cart has the struts running in the wrong direction to accomplish that!
Thank you for the video that’s a great idea for the system. I have no space at all but see my self working in my storage unit transporting it back and forth. I’m waiting for Onefinity to make the assembly video with journeyman machine and rolling/folding table👍👍👍
So, 2 questions: - Does that mean the Quick Change Waste board frame guarantees the Rails are perfectly lined up/square, no parallelogram mistake on install? - What size/length bit did you use for this level of detail? (not in description) Thank you for the demo, well done. Will order it for my Mahinist X-35
Like movable storable CNC concept. Recently built V1Engineering LowRider 3 for 1/3 of the price, that's 3x bigger (shared build video). Don't know how the performance compares, will let you know...
Hi, I am in the market for a new Cnc machine, I currently have a smal next wave Shark. I’m looking between the new 5 pro and the onefinity elite series. My main question is when using carbide motion, can you pause your cut and change speed of cut on the fly ? I can do this with my Shark and it can be done with the new masso controller with the onefinity. But if I can do those things with the new 5 pro I’d like to go that route. Thanks Chris
I had a shark, and it was the worst. Propriatry software that requires a license for motion control?! It's a joke. The Onefinity is in a whole different level of machine.
Great vid of the table. This would be great from my 10 x 20 shop. I was also looking at the wall mount. But was concerned it would transfer vibration to the wall studs as my shop is below my living room. its a toss up. Thoughts?
What happened to the water cooled spindle that you reviewed about a year ago? Would you please comment on the HY HUANYANG Chinese 4 bearing spindle performance after you used it and include expected longevity? Thanks
02:00 I don't understand how having the fasteners on the underside makes them any less likely to come in contact with the bit than if they were topside. Topside fasteners are countersunk below the surface aren't they. In either case the X-Y location of the fasteners is the same is it not? It seems that one is easier to change out then the other, and if you CNC is on a surface where you don't have access to the underside you would probably want the topside mounting. When you're wheeling the CNC in and the display is on it's mounting arm, that looks very risky given how everyone talks about how easy it is to dislodge the display from its mount. I don't see any levelers on the legs. How do you dial out any racking of the work surface when you setup on uneven floor which will almost always be the case. I'm guessing the footprint of the legs is about 50 x 50 inches. Not may places where a CNC would be used will have a flat surface to setup on of that size. Even one quarter inch will affect the work surface. Since this is a beat unit you're testing I hope that this issue was recognized and a method of leveling the work surface was incorporated into the final design. 08:10 I wonder what your neighbors will think of you after listening to that CNC screaming in your driveway for a couple hours.
I was hoping to see a link for the Harry Potter project so I could make one for my daughter. Do you have a link or should I just search for it on my own?
Mr. Myers I would be interested in this question as well. Let us know your thoughts please. I plan on wheeling it to certain spot in garage and have the plan to mark floor with tape to spot exact position for leveling every use.
Brian. If there are design flaws that you are aware of you should point them out and see if others agree with you on it and maybe get them corrected. That would be helpful for others.

Ten seconds in and I’m like.. Myers.. what is this shop? The reveal!
sneak peak!
I've been accused of being 5x the normal jerk too.
lol, great comment!
so much for that nice enclosure
They should add holes in the tubing for wire control.
Pretty cool. Luckily I have a dedicated space setup. Taking delivery of my Onefinity next Tuesday! My first CNC. Can't wait!
Nice, comment back here when you actually hold it. Tell me your thoughts. Mine was, WOW these rails are beefy! (wait till you see the x50!)

True, it's not for every aplication.
Love the outtakes

Glad it was helpful! It's great for moving and storage space saving!

Very interesting. I'm looking to buy one next year. Probably the x50 and a rolling table
Rigid did something similar on a contractor saw, theirs lifted off second side which enables better stability. Digging the beard my brother.
nice! Yep, i'm finally going to try to grow it out.
I want one of those, beautiful 👍👍👍
I bought one it it looks like it really needs a cable management solution.
Good product 👍👍
Nice!... Great innovation.
They did an awesome job with this thing!

Truly impressive and well thought out!!! :)

and I bought the armour bench frames.
I need Carbide3d to do this for my Pro. Very impressive, Onefinity.
not to late to make the switch! Especially now that they've announced a 4 footer!
Hello i was wondering how you liked the filament drier in the background i need to get a few and have been shopping around? Please and thank you

Great video, what screen do you have on it? The 8 inch?
This was the 7.

I'm on 2 acres, so they wouldn't hear much.
@@MyersWoodshop Wish I had that problem. My .6 acres doesn't leave much room between houses.
No comments on my leveling questions?
Of course they have levelers
I was hoping to see a link for the Harry Potter project so I could make one for my daughter. Do you have a link or should I just search for it on my own?
its in the files section of the onefinity facebook group for free! just search harry potter, that's where i snagged it.
what bit did you use for the test?
Will it work with the journeyman 48” version?
Did you get a response on this question?
what stepper motor have the cnc?
ok, so can you run this thing while it's on its side?
Sure
Hello, nice video! i hace a question, how much hours you could put on your machine on one single day?
24
Are you able to cut metal with that or do you need to get the other cnc
non-ferris metal, yes.
Is there any level adjustments on that for uneven situations?
Mr. Myers I would be interested in this question as well. Let us know your thoughts please. I plan on wheeling it to certain spot in garage and have the plan to mark floor with tape to spot exact position for leveling every use.
Did you make any videos building your shop? I see you've got two $1000 rolling tool chests.. tv, hvac, epoxy on the floor.. wheres all the videos man?
backlogged. sitting on my hard drive, needing to be edited! i need two of me.
Onefinity looks way more sturdy then the others but those wires all over the place would annoy the hell out of me.
There's a bunch of ways to control the wires. I just didn't do any for this video.
Which CNC is that?
The @onefinitycnc !
Will other cnc’s fit this table?
No, it’s specifically made for the onefinity
Looks cumbersome and a accident waiting to happen. I hope they keep extra parts around for when people drop that thing. :)
Eh, i'm just weak and old.
Im more concerned with losing real estate to mount a corner bracket ec.. No extra room in front to mount it :(
surely you can figure out some way with the t track.
Didn't look practical. Looks a little cumbersome. - Gary
Works great until you go to dump it
works for their machines and theirs alone. meh.
No enclosure, no bueno.
So fixing design flaws with a table...nice lol
what flaw? thousands have been carving perfectly without the base for over a year now..
Brian. If there are design flaws that you are aware of you should point them out and see if others agree with you on it and maybe get them corrected. That would be helpful for others.
