    What Kenny's saying is spot on. The Warriors won a game the other day without 3 of their main starters, but it still looked like the same team with the same game plan, and they got the W.

      Because Warriors have developed their team slowly year by year, developing their chemistry. LeLakers just scrap the whole team at the end of the season and recruit big names for a quick ring. Basically long term planning over short term planning

    Jamal Crawford was terrific. Very low key but well spoken and detailed. Barkley brings great humor and comradery with the group but J.C. needs to be given a platform somewhere at TNT or NBA Network.

      I agree! 90% of ex-players come off as awkward and tend to either chat over people or can't work their way in naturally. Crawford was great, didn't step on any toes, great insight, and especially provided a nice perspective of someone who has recently played. Hope to see him more often

    Jamal Crawford has real gravitas, whatever he says is easy to respect because of how knowledgeable, experienced and reasonable he is. Seeing him play and now listening to his analysis makes it clear why he was so beloved by his fellow players and by the fans when he was playing.

      It might has something to do with him playing Center more so this season, the position he is now forced to play on. Don't think he ever liked playing it and probably is uncomfortable at the Center position, affecting his production. Sad thing is that the Lakers apparently 'need' him to play Center this season. Sure doesn't help when you're an injury prone player as well.

      whats funny is there was a way la could of been stacked without trading for russ...if they don't trade for russ they could of kept schroder caruso drummond(hes better than dj and would let dwight to rest more for the playoffs) kept trezl kuz and kcp and added monk melo maybe nunn wayne and both rondo and dwight back and kept tht to go with davis bron..now thats a title team ...because tht schroder drummond caruso were their free agents none of them would of left cause you can go over the cap to sign guys and they would of taken less...dwight monk melo wayne all signed for low...nunn signed for a little more but 5 mill is worth it for a guy in his prime who can eat regular season minutes up for you without being bad

      @@razkable Demar Derozan wanted to play in LA for a lot less money than he makes in Chicago also they could've traded for Lowry. I mean they could've gotten pretty good if they didn't go for the Russ trade so LA were going to keep a lot of their pieces. A starting 5 of Lowry , Derozan , Bron , Ad , Dwight seems legit or replace Dwight with some guard like KCP and play AD 5. I think if they went this way they were going to be fighting with the Warriors for the 1st spot.

    The problem with the Lakers is a culmination of the past couple of years and allowing Lebron to dictate the roster to his liking. There were a lot of good role players and developing young stars that were sent packing so that Lebron could have his pick of comfort players around him. Now it's come back to bite them.

    Reasons:
    1. Father Time has caught up to Lebron.
    2. AD is overrated. He underachieved during his time with the Pelicans.
    3. Russ
    4. DH and Rondo are way past their prime.
    5. Other teams simply got better and have better chemistry.

      Blame LeGM for that team and this one as well. Knowing the type of system he likes to play in I don't know why he gets players that don't fit the system. Everyone knew Westbrook would be a horrible fit being a ball dominant guard that shoots low percentage from 3. And they traded away their depth and defense to get him.

James and Davis got really lucky with that bubble championship, but we all knew that their run as serious contenders ended long ago. They won't even make it out of the play-in this time.

    It’s simple. Lebron is constantly hurt, and the rest of the team is mostly aging players who aren’t as good as they used to be.
    They also play in a VERY tough conference.

      lakers have 1 meaningful win this year..vs the hornets by 3 at home...their win in ot by 3 at home vs a butler/oladipo less heat team does not mean anything even without lebron....thats two stars on their books salary wise that missed most of that game of the whole game in victor's case...they beat the grizzlies as well by 3 at home but meh that team is inconsistent

    Russell played a great game wit his scoring & tempo vs NYK. THT can't afford to be inconsistent when LBJ isn't playing & some of Melo shots were contested & bad shots. I felt like we should've won this game but Quickly was the reason we lost this game. Came in the 4th & was the spark for NYK. Still alot of season left onto Indy LAL

    Lakers lose cause they don't have chemistry. AD seems like the future of the lakers. Bron is inconsistent and WB is just triple double man with stat padding. Triple doubles are honestly the most overrated stat in basketball.

    What's really scary is that everyone forgot about curry and klay in that system in Golden State is virtually unstoppable even before KD the their system is really what got KD those rings it was just perfect that he was a top 5 player but even before that curry and klay we're still the best backcourt that ever graced basketball so let's be real I believe LeBron might just be the greatest if he literally builds systems with role players and wins titles or goes to the finals that's amazing I Q and team development do I don't think this losing will last long

    I live in rancho cucamonga California and sometimes you can't watch a game cause it's not available in your area. So I was about to watch the lakers game and cause I have spectrum live TV, I have the lakers channel but I wanted to watch it on tnt cause I wanted to watch the four guys. I got tnt and it said cannot watch in your area. I got so disappointed because these four guys always make you laugh so much, at least me.

      @@KingJames023 LeBron creating super teams, playing through an easy eastern conference when other teams from 2012-2017 were riddled with injuries, his constant tampering of trying to recruit players under contract, the list goes on. Stop looking at LeBron as a God. He's an aging player and no one can play the game at 40 like they did when they were 20 and please don't compare Tom Brady having success in his mid-40s playing 18 some odd games in the regular season to LeBron playing 70+. Father time is catching up and once the injuries continue to mount that's when he will call it a career. Heck of a career, but he's not the GOAT, Michael Jordan is.

      thats why harden was so important for the thunder in 2011 and 2012..he took russ off ball and let him sit a little more on the bench when he got tired....kd russ harden would of worked but otherwise russ is a loose canon...kd was the perfect player for him to play with...but he was the worst for kd to play with...
