This entertaining short video provides a overview of the Diamond Princess Ship and a middle aft balcony cabin. I attempt to cover all the main areas of the ship whilst we travel a 4 day itinerary Brisbane - Sydney - Melbourne. The Ships tour is a view through the eyes of an Australian Cruise lover who doesn't take himself to seriously. I ask the question at the end - Is this the best all round ship in the Princess Cruises fleet?

We stayed in that exact cabin B619 back in December 2005. Next cruise on the Diamond is December 2024 staying in C719.

Thanks for this We are heading onto the Diamond next month. Its nice to see it. Is it possible to take the Skybus from the ship port to the airport?

Not that we know. Taxi was $30 and the ship offered transfers to Skybus for $16 each. It’s a 5 min walk to the tram station that goes to Collins St as the value option, although awkward with baggage. Glad you enjoyed 😊
