    75g(1/3cup minus 1tsp) lukewarm water
    350g(2 3/4cup plus 1Tbsp) bread flour
    30g(2Tbsp) sugar
    5g(1/2tsp) salt
    4g(1tsp) instant yeast
    2 eggs
    65g(4 1/2Tbsp) unsalted butter(softened)
    240g(1cup) milk
    45g(3tbsp) sugar
    Pinch of salt
    10g(1 1/4tbsp) corn starch
    1/2 vanilla bean pod / 5g(2tsp) vanilla extract
    1 egg yolk
    1 egg
    22g(1 1/2Tbsp) unsalted butter
    150g sugar
    80g heavy cream
    7g sugar

    Creme Brulee is already a very very delicious dessert.
    Putting it into a donut would even make it more delicious.
    And the pulling of the donut in the end is so satisfying.
    Great video and great recipe. I love it.

    커스터드크림 도넛 >< 좋아하는데 이렇게 집에서 만들어먹으면 여러개 한번에 만들수있어 좋을 것 같아요 기회가되면 도전해봐야겠어요

    전에 헤일리님 글레이즈드 도넛 레시피로 두세번 정도 해먹은 기억이 있는데 진짜 맛있었어요ㅠㅠ 문득 생각나네요.. 이 도넛도 맛있어보여요!!!
