@@danmilosevich he wasn't a lawyer but filed all the lawsuits on his own. He had sued more than 2000 small businesses in California.

@@Fightback2023 ok. I knew of him but some reason thought he was the lawyer also. He filed suit against our mechanic for bathroom issue. Our mechanic just closed the customer bathroom.

I actually ran into that dude in old Sacramento at a restaurant. He goes around in a wheelchair and a dog and raises hell everywhere he goes.

We should go old school and let you have access to only what you’re capable of. If you can’t walk upstairs, oh well. If you’re blind, get someone to order for you. If you can’t speak, use google translate or something. Not everyone has to make your life easier. Who is going to replace the money this business owner lost and make his life easier?

If everyone got hit equally and passed the cost onto the customers, something would be done.

Since when does ADA regulate the internet? How stupid do you have to be to give money to internet trolls?

      1. It doesn't
      2. It's been proposed, but it would only apply to state and local government websites
      www.ada.gov/notices/2023/07/20/web-nprm/
It takes 5m to look up the applicable regulations. What's your excuse?
